I ordered online so it could be ready or almost ready by the time i got there, and i completely understand if they are busy so it wouldn’t be done as quick but i got there and there was one person in line. the one lady was making drinks and other taking orders. my drinks wernt ready until 8:48 when the estimated time was 8:31. they just made the drinks so slow and seemed like they really didn’t know what they were doing. they were reading my drink and i added a few extra pumps of stuff and they acted like they couldn’t understand it. they kept coming together reading the sticker and looking over at me. all together it just took a lot longer then i feel like it should. also my drink was last when there was multiple people that came after me and still got their drink first. another thing was I was walking to the parking lot and this lady was putting her groceries in her trunk and the worker collecting all of the carts put the whole cart corral right next to her behind her and then he took the second stack and pushed it in between her and the other cart stack and got so close to her. I could tell she was annoyed, i get he was probably trying to stay the way from the cars, but I wouldn’t want someone putting stuff behind me so close.

Normally, this Starbucks is great, there's one male employee today who made me a caramel latte, and probably put one drop if any at all. So it was extremely bitter, and I asked for a little more caramel and the barista proceeds to drown the drink in caramel, after trying to upsell me sugar that I didn't want added. Now it's too sweet to drink, it tastes like straight syrup. I won't be returning if that barista is working.

Excellent service. This location is inside the Kroger Marketplace store. Fast service. Many gift items and packaged coffee options available.No indoor seating. Kroger has some outdoor tables.
Only one barista there, Belinda. That wasnt her fault.She said "The system wasn't working" when we told her about the 1/2 off drink offer for the day, so we helped her out by making mobile orders.We ordered a hot tea and matcha cold foam latte. Belinda kept talking about how nasty the hot tea is and that she doesn't drink it. We ignored her.She then told me that although I ordered a venti cup for my grande drink she couldn't do it because "you have to get the cup size for the matching drink" I had to educate her that the larger cup was so that the foam would fit.She then left the foam off of my drink, saying I didn't order it. I had to show her on the mobile order sticker that indeed I did. Then she didn't include matcha in the cf...saying I didn't order matcha foam. I again showed her "Matcha CF" meant matcha cold foam, and showed my receipt also. She then said she didn't think I'd get that much matcha because it was downright nasty and "tasted like grass". Sheesh Belinda you don't have to drink it. Please make what I ordered.This place is laughable. The customers behind us were also vocal about being annoyed that it took 1/2 hr to get through 3 people's drink orders.

This place is a good place but this time my coffee was about 5 times stronger than just being a little strong and poutnit and didn't taste as good as it usually does and I really do love this place but it might of had a new person working also so I don't know what was wrong with there coffees that day but I will come back for another try to make sure it wasn't anything bad or wrong . Very nice staff… always a pleasure
Always a long line, but the baristas were working as fast as I could to get everyone to the line. They cook my breakfast sandwich to order as I requested and it was very good.
Wish prices was little lower. Drinks was good. I had some kind of tea
