This is my favorite Starbucks! With me being a full time student and working full time with long shifts, I often come in to pick up a mobile order of either a Strawberry açaí lemonade refresher, or a dragon drink! Even when they are busy, they are getting drinks out in a timely manner! I do have a crippling Starbucks addiction, but I’m fine with that at this point.

To the staff: I know I come in a lot, but I appreciate all of you so much and honestly those drinks you make help me get through my long shifts! I’m sorry that I come in so much, but without you guys, i don’t know what i would do lol

Overall, awesome service, awesome staff, clean dining area, and lovely atmosphere!

I had a door dash and all employees just ignored me and never told me where to go but kept taking other online orders. When I finally get my drink I told the cashier I didn’t need the bag. She ignored me and then got an attitude and snatched the bag back when I took the drink out the bag and repeated I didn’t need the bag. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to the next one next time

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks.When I politely asked for water they said no we cant give u have to purchase something so i bought cheese danish .if someoje is coming from heat so bad heat waves and wanted water this is not how you treat.Once to use the washroom, the staff insisted that we had to purchase something before we could use.This is not the kind of customer service I expect from Starbucks, and it left a really negative impression.Pov- i purchase from starbucks a lot and i m not asking for anything much

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. When I asked for water, the staff said I had to purchase something first before they would give it to me. This kind of policy is very unwelcoming and not what I expect from Starbucks.

Five of you standing there but apparently it’s not your job to help customers, gotta wait for the designated person who helps customers. Don’t worry I won’t be back, there will be less of you working and then you will all have to help customers.

The cortado is not a cortado, it is a latte. Probably not this store’s fault but still.
