I have had some of the best Starbucks items there and some of the nicest service. There are always challenges and it's location in a Kroger's in a college area doesn't quite have the atmosphere but if you're looking for your Starbucks fix and you're near University of Cincinnati this is a good place to grab it while you get some grocery shopping done also or just walk down Short Vine afterwards.
The early AM customer service person is wonderful. She is very detail oriented when it comes to preparing drinks. Each and every time that I stop if she is giving awesome customer service that is so hard to find !

Whenever i give an online order, there will be no one there at the counter to give me the order.
Worst Starbucks out there. The workers don’t show up to open the shop, the customer service is horrid, whatever you do, don’t do a mobile order. Chances are they will refuse to give you your drink even if you have it up on the app, and very very high probability they won’t be there for the store to open but it still lets you order ahead. Stay away. I’ve had to get my money back several times due to them not being open or refusing to give me my drink even though I showed them that the order went through. The customer service you reach out to, to get a refund, could care less. Obviously the store manager doesn’t care either.

Ordered a medium carmel latte with oat milk and received a smaller than tall size in a medium cup. Basically got a small for the price of medium. Unfortunately I did not drink out of it, or open it to see until already at work as I was in a rush.
