The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the only thing they didn’t mess up was my drink.Everyone on staff seems to be clueless and had an attitude problem.I asked for a PSL. They were out. It’s not my go to but I wanted to try it for the first of the season so nbd but slightly annoying.Not all campus and airport Starbucks stores except the app for payment so I asked before to make sure. She informed me that I could get reward points so I used my debit card instead. This was not true so I spent money and got no points in return.They had no stop sticks.I was also there to purchase 3 gift cards with a corporate card. I needed receipts for my expense report. She then informs me after the first purchase that they’ve been out of paper but could run to another Starbucks on campus if I was cool with waiting another 15 mins. It would’ve been nice if they told me this before the purchase.Overall experience was subpar. I choose Starbucks for both the coffee and the experience. If I wanted good coffee and bad service I’d go to Dunkin.

Does not give a refil for coffee, even though it is starbucks policy.. they said this location is not corporated by starbucks. Then they should not take starbucks payment from the app.

Well... In general, this is an excellent example of what a good franchise can offer with a consistent product, business practices, and prices. We all know Starbucks may charge a bit more for their products, buy hey, that's premium branding for you. :) As always, everything is great, even if you just like regular coffee. The service is excellent at this location. The staff is friendly and doesn't mind answering all my silly questions about their Mocha-Choca... um, whatever it is Haha. Service is fast and streamlined, the interior is clean and calming. Oh, and this particular location and neighborhood is perfect for a coffee shop like Starbucks. You see a lot of college students and young Professionals in here. Also a good reason to explore Clifton. I highly recommend!
