Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and they gave me a single with an absurd amount of onions on it. I also got a shake and it was filled up only 2/3 of the way. The burger was lukewarm. I spent 18 dollars it felt like I was ripped off. Do not recommend!!!

This Steak ‘N Shake has a new concept where you order at a kiosk and you can get your own drink and seat yourself. This is a great concept because you do not have to wait for your check or refills. The food came out quick and tastes like the old Steak ‘N Shake we all remember. The owner and hostess were super friendly and both checked up on us. This location deserves to do well.

I don’t usually go to this location- they were nice. However- I ordered a garlic burger meal and asked for a sauce. I got a plain cheese burger and no sauce. Mind you the food was still good but I couldn’t go back to ask for them to fix it.
Food was good. Restaurant was clean. Don't like lack of one on one people service when you have to order your own food and pay at kiosk.
