The best thing about this location is the prices. Other than that it should close it's doors for good.. I'm the only carryout customer there and only 6 dine in customers. Everyone behind the counter is on their phones & playing music. Got my order wrong & had greasy potatoe coins. When i addressed the issue the " Manager " told me to take them home and re-heat them because there grease was REALLY DIRTY...

It is a good place to get shake at. The food is good but I wish that the french fries was a little bit bigger. Shoe string fries are just to small for a good taste of potato. But everything else is good. They use to have a veggie sandwich that was real good but they don't have it anymore. I really miss it.

Got food to - go and it came out cold, fries seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and when sitting at the bar waiting for my order I saw a small red and black bug on the counter and no one really seemed to do anything about it. I'm giving two stars however because most of the employees were super sweet and I've usually had good experiences here, even though the wait time can be long. I was really disappointed with my last visit, but hopefully if I visit again the experience will be better, but I'm not to keen on visiting again. Extremely disappointed and sort of grossed out, (saw more bugs on my way out).

We really enjoy Steak and Shake. We had the all American steak bugers with fries. The service was great, the food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was very nice and clean. We don't eat out at fast food very often but when we do this is at the top of the list.

The food ok for a burger joint but the drive thru stinks ! I wait in my running car for at least 30 minutes just to place my order with just 4 cars in front of me . Once I got to place my order I waited another 30 min. To get my order! Now closed !!!!

Food was great! Ordered take out. Gayle was not only sweet and very polite, she provided great customer service and made sure I was happy.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated. The waitress was very nice. The floors were clean and so was the restrooms. The food was good.

Was avoided by two servers, one finally came and took our order. She was very nice. But we should not have waited that long.

A new breakfast experience. I was rather surprised to see they made a fairly good breakfast plate for a reasonable price. The waitress was also friendly and suggesting the better meal choices. I was pleasantly surprised with their breakfast prices and selection. I may start having breakfast there every once in a while. I am hoping the next time I stop in to award a 5 star rating.

I witnessed cross contamination at this restaurant. I saw the cook grab the meat by his gloves and then reach in his pocket and then grab a bun to put on a grill (with the same glove). Once I saw this I asked the manager and said I won't accept my order for those reasons. I got a refund, but this is a serious violation of food safety. I for sure won't be back. The manager said she would talk with the cook.
