I have done 4 online orders and every single time they forgot at least two of items and they never ever put your sauce in the bag even when you pay for extra sauce! Every single time I’ve been helped by Porsche and she has given me attitude when I tell her that she forgot something and the sauce. I mean if you pay for it and it’s ordered online how in the f do they always mess up my online orders????? I just won’t be going here again every time there’s a problem and they don’t apologize when it’s done either!

The food is always fresh and promptly made. My only concern is teaching your staff to place the fries inside the bag in such a way that it is not found all the way on the bottom of the bag, emptied out from the fries box. It has been happening several times and I thought it would be worth mentioning for better customers experience. Thank you.

It’s actually one of the nicer locations I’ve visited. The inside is pretty clean and the food has been consistently solid. Our kids really like their burgers so we eat here about once a month and so far, no complaints.

The staff was great. They were all kind and working hard, honestly didn't stop cooking once. Inside the restaurant was a bit dirty though. The floors were greasy and we had to find a table that didn't have food still on it, which i still had to wipe off. It bums me out not being able to love steak and shake but sadly it's just not what it used to be. I understand serving staff isn't an option, but having someone for the floor to make sure it's presentable and clean to new customers should be priority.

Order is usually wrong and wayyyy too much sauce on the sandwiches, which ruins the meal! Save yourself the trip and go across the street to Wendy’s !

Since they've returned I've been sketched out. When I went initially during that time it was utterly disappointing. Since then, yrs later it's become a go to again for me and the family. But we stick to doubles and tenders. Fries are just ok, or underwhelming at times and the shakes could use a bit of R&D but it's been serviceable when we've gone lately.
