We went through the driveway thru a couple days ago and picked up a fairly large order. Two of the 8 steak burgers we ordered we missing. No biggie, I just called and explained what happened and sent my husband back to the store. They made it right with zero issues. The food was delicious and the service was amazing! Food was good. No one greeted us or even looked at us, which was weird. The drink station has a QR scanner that isn't very clear on how to work, but someone finally helped me with it. Also, it was VERY cold.

This location is absolutely terrible go anywhere else!!! A black little pony tail manager threatened me upon their mistake In the drive thru!! upon contacting the owner he takes their side. They are poorly managed unfortunately . Upon a mistake the manager threatens to smack your phone out of your hand for recording. they will threaten to smack your phone out of your hand if you’re recording ( no signs were up that states i was not allowed to record ) the foreigner co workers with the head coverings started chiming in recording back anf threatening me as if this was professional. The Deep ( dry) wave wig girl called people threating their customer as well. The owner does not have any sympathy. Horrible customer service. Dirty store do not visit this location! Read the reviews everyone getting sick off this location i watched the manger go from grill to the window back to the grill not changing her gloves or washing her hands it was dusgusting. Explains why everyone is getting sick off this store. Please go elsewhere. I couldn’t believe the experience i had here it was so unprofessional & ghetto!! Great Burgers! Great fries! I wish more would open back up! It's just like it used to be before Steak & Shake Closed down. They have fi ed the issue of not having enough servers by having you pick up your meal when ready and serving yourself drinks. I think it's a great compromise. I would much rather have the restaurant and get it myself then no Steak & Shake at all.
Food was good but my shake had no ice cream in it, it was just whipped cream mixed with Biscoff I was disappointed.

I had an excellent experience at the Steak ‘n Shake located on Colerain Avenue near I-275 exit! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-kept the restaurant was, which made a great first impression. The staff was very friendly and provided quick, efficient service with a smile.
My food came out hot, fresh, and delicious—exactly what you hope for when craving a classic burger and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly, the fries were crisp and tasty. Even though the restaurant was fairly busy, everything was handled smoothly, and I never felt like I was waiting too long.
It’s clear that the team here really cares about providing a great customer experience. I highly recommend this Steak ‘n Shake if you’re in the area and looking for great food, fast service, and a very clean dining environment!
