Food was phenomenal. Only downside is the silly ticketing system for soft drinks. Otherwise, a very nice restaurant.

Soda machine requires a code on your receipt, but this isn’t labeled anywhere, making it rather confusing to figure out. I hope the slight savings of avoiding “soda theft” is worth customers never returning to this poverty establishment.

Let me start by saying that the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the food was very solid. Everything tasted good and it was a pretty good value. Now on to the bad.....
When you come in there are 4 kiosks and you have to use those to order now. Okay fine, that's annoying but everywhere is doing it so I'll put up with it. The workers offered to help immediately and were coming over to assist everybody (Seriously the staff was super friendly and on the ball). It honestly seems like this whole setup takes MORE time and work for the employees than if they just had the old system of ordering face to face at the counter.
Anyway, when you're done with the kiosk it prints off a QR code for your drinks. I kid you not when I tell you that you have to take the piece of paper with the QR code on it and scan it at a scanner next to the soda dispenser to activate it or it won't give you soda. They essentially locked the soda behind a really annoying pay wall. One at a time and if you wanna top your soda off you have to scan the QR code again because once you stop pressing the soda lever, it assumes your done and locks itself up again.
I don't know if this is something corporate decided (Probably, since it's a stupid idea) or if it's the general manager of the store or what, but it's dumb and annoying enough to where I won't be coming back on principle. It goes to show that you can have an excellent staff of people, make great food for a good value, and if corporate runs the establishment in a dumb enough way then you'll still lose business.

BRING BACK SERVERS!! The self serve is terrible & not user friendly. I don’t go to a restaurant so I can wait on myself. Won’t be back until they bring servers back!

Not what I remember this place being. Seat yourself, order your own food and pick it up(and they ask for a tip?) QR code drinks that are timed refills? Absolutely ridiculous and no longer feels like a cozy diner.

This used to be a good place to eat, but not anymore! Rude, snarky Hostess with an attitude. I'll go someplace where I'm treated like a customer from now on. This place acted mad because we were there at noon. Such a pitiful disappointment. It was so bad I contacted their corporate office. They were indifferent about my complaint, so inferior service must be their new business model.

Been here multiple times, today I had an order for dine out (accidentally put dine in on there online menu thing) got a shake and it was in a glass so I told them I meant to put dine out if they had a take out cup I could use, rudely took the cup and rolled her eyes. Got my shake back overflowing and a mess and rudely handed backed to me. Fries were cold almost old, didn’t get the fresco sauce I ordered, shake was VERY running almost water, fresco melt was not grilled and tasted horrible. Not sure what went on tonight but 0/10 service today. All employees rude and food was bad.
Last time I’ll be here or recommend people.

This restaurant is absolutely ruined, no more servers all done by kiosk. we literally took 25 min just to order for my 4 in my family. You have to scan QR codes to even get your drinks, we watched two happy elderly couples come in try to order and left very mad because they wasn’t goin to deal with the kiosk. Sad to see honestly, this is the last time we will be coming here hope they change it back they lost several customers in the time we were here

5 STARS⭐ Greeted even by the cook Very friendly Edy Almost walked out w/kiosk having to order when I just wanted to sit. Bobbe came right up took our order by the end I seen how easy & she walking me right thru it stayed w/us until finished . Showed us how to use the Fancy drink station so helpful & not forced she was on top of everything brought us our food, even offered to get us refills took our trays she stayed doing that for everyone, stopping at every table asking helping so polite
she even kept up cleaning the lobbysweet girl we even went back up and ordered shakes NO WHIP CREAM ? only bad part that & they were really runny not a milkshake more like flavored milk everything else made up for it.
