Always loved the food here. Currently it is closed and the company is trying to franchise it out. We all know it will never open again. That’s sad cuz I love the food and the price was good. If it re opens be assured I will probably have a YouTube video about it. The service here could be lacking at times due to understaffing, employees doing multiple jobs or it just being plain busy. They were always friendly and only screwed up a meal once or twice but fixed it immediately. That aside the food and price was well worth it. Now I drive 30-40 min to the next closest one. I miss this place.

While standing for 14mins waiting to be seated , I was ignored by the wait staff. A kitchen worker told a manager and pointed at me. I said I needed to place a to go order. Still standing and no help a customer pointed at me and told the waiter I needed help. Waiter shook his head no and so I WALKED OUT!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING AND YOU WONT EVER GET MY MONEY!!! I'll go next door to eat.
Inattentive service, total lack of organization, and just an overall embarrassment of an experience. Arrived after family in a restaurant at MAYBE quarter capacity, though admittedly a robustly busy drive thru. Food orders were promptly forgotten, milkshakes never entered despite reminders three different times, and the server wouldn't even check in unless very clearly told to by management and was quite obviously more interested in personal business and his smart device than doing his job. The only grace saving this restaurant from a complete tirade is the prompt and friendly response from one of the managers after finding out the plight on his floor, but after nearly an hour waiting around for the miracle of a proper food service (with a little girl begging for her food a table over the last twenty minutes), the response is slow to say the least. Visit at your own risk.

Was good, messed up my burger (like I'm not even sure what burger they gave me) but my waitress immediately fixed after bringing it to her attention(although I didn't get my food until everyone else was done, not her fault, kitchen issues) . Afford and quick. My sons enjoyed their meals.

I've been there before and it was fine. But last night was terrible. Got food all wrong, they took forever to get a water so I could give my lo a drink after I asked specifically for it. I tried to get more food but they were closing and rushing around because people kept coming in since there was no sign saying that it was closing. I've never had such a bad experience at a steak n shake before. I was disappointed. I really hope it was just a bad night but IDK.

Arrived to this location at 10:15pm on Friday evening. On their website it states their hours are 7am-11pm. On arrival, the doors were locked, workers were still there, and people were still eating. Confused, we waited at the door to get someone’s attention. No one came to the door. Instead, a group of workers stood behind the counter mouthing that they were closed. I mouthed back waving my phone that their website said they closed at 11. They continued to mouth that they were closed, rudely, and walked away. Completely unprofessional and not how a business should be run. At least come to the door and address your customers like any customer service geared place should.
