I have always loved eating in and carrying out of strongs. With that said I had the worst experience of my entire life at any restaurant anywhere tonight at the reading Ohio location. We ordered 3 pizzas and wings. I was told 30 minute wait time at the time of my order. We arrived a few minutes early expecting to wait. At 35 minutes the pizzas were all ready. That was great. I would almost always expect a slightly longer delay on a busy night. Now for the wings. We waited, waited and waited. I asked the lady who took my money and she explained the cooks didn’t drop the wings when she asked them to. 10 minutes later I asked the bartender (grey haired 60ish man) about the order since we were waiting at the bar. I asked him simply how long wings generally took to cook. Without knowing what order he was talking about or why the delay he took a defensive stance and only said they were busy and it is what it is. He rudely passed me to the manager who happened to walk up. She didn’t ask what we needed or what the problem was. She had only one message. She was aggressive, angry and rude for no reason. She said give me your receipt I’m giving you your money back to get you out of here. She then said you can go to dominos. I didn’t want my money back. I just wanted my wings along with the 3 pizzas which had been ready for 30 minutes. She didn’t say let me check into this, she just walked off. She came back with the wings, handed them to someone else and told that person to give us the wings and “get us out of her restaurant”. I wasn’t rude to a single employee and was treated with the worst attitude I have ever witnessed at a restaurant by the grey haired male bartender and the manager. I will never go back to this restaurant and will tell everyone I know how rude the management was to deal with. I believe the managers name was Andi. They clearly do not care.

Ordered the meat pizza and it was excellent. Also ordered the meat ball appetizer and it was excellent as well.
Really yummy brick oven pizzas and they are delicious. Try the pepperoni, it is delightful. Just the right amount of ingredients. Service was decent.

010624 - I was here for a private party, about 30 people I guess. This was my 1st time & when I looked at the menu online I really wasn't thrilled about going. Well, I was wrong, everything was fantastic. We had meatballs, cheezy flat bread, pizza & wings, all were great. The service was slow, but, I think there was only 1 young lady serving our group. I'm not sure if she had other guests as well. Drink prices are very high in my opinion. A tall mich ultra draft is $6.50, a 12 oz yuengling was $6. Parking is also a problem, very limited & tight. Most of the employees were friendly. After everything, bottom line, I would go back.
