I have been there four mornings in a row now at 6:00 a.m. I have a tight schedule in the morning like everyone else I wake up early all's I want is one cup of coffee it's the closest gas station to the highway in my route every morning I go there they're just sitting there acting like they're counting money and say they can't open the doors till they're done now mind you this is every morning I've tried to stop there today I stopped why I don't know and they literally held up their fingers and said 10 minutes this is at 6:07 a.m. so they will not open till 6:17 I have to wait outside 10 minutes for one small cup of coffee so this is the fifth day that I can't get coffee on my way to work because employees can't open the store on time Good job Shell you hired great employees keep going we're all proud of you

I went by today and an older black gentleman said they were closed, and went back inside. I tried to ask if they were 24-hours like the website says and he said he couldn't let anyone inside. Maybe update the hours?

We had a bathroom emergency and the worker at the time refused to let us use the employee restroom because he said the management refused to let him allow people to use the employee restroom due to drug overdoses in the area. I wish you employed decent humans who understood empathy and good judgement.

i haven’t ever been refused service and called names at a gas station before. pretty awful experience. my gas tank was empty and i am grateful i was able to make it down the road to marathon.

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS LOCATION. Unprofessional staff to the Nth degree. It is troubling when you have people that make mistakes, take no accountability and then double down. She put the fuel on the wrong pump...I was on 2 (how you get ten) was in plain sight on the receipt. The location is a lil rough but the employees don't make it better at all.
