The cleanliness is not up to standard. There is a bearded man working here who is very rude and behaves badly with customers. I recommend people not to come here and he always bad

I thought it was just a bad day, but this is now the 3rd time coming to this location and the same man has not only made me a sandwich with veggies in one bite and meat in the second bite, but he has seemed p’d off and didn’t crack a single smile. I eat subway typically 3 times a week and I will now go the extra mile to avoid this one.

I contacted this store about an issue with my online order and was disconnected twice before finally speaking with someone. Unfortunately, the representative provided no assistance and showed little interest in resolving the problem. Very disappointing customer service.

This Subway has been a good experience for me. The man that makes the sandwiches is a nice guy and makes them well. They DON'T EXCEPT COUPONS. That's the only thing that I wished they did.

Our order was ready on time. The wrap and footlong cold-cut trio were good but I would still pick Firehouse 100% over Subway if I want to have subs. That is my preference, not that I say everybody feels like me. But we enjoyed our subs tho

There is definitely not enough meat or toppings on this sandwich. Employee told me not allowed to put more on cause management said NO
Upon visiting this Subway, and I was pleasantly surprised by the visible upgrades since my last stop. The new sandwich station features a sleek glass covering, adding a modern touch that enhances the overall atmosphere of the store. It’s clear that the management has made a concerted effort to refresh the dining experience, and the deep cleaning the location has undergone was much needed. Everything felt more hygienic and inviting, which is always a plus in the fast food industry.
However, while the aesthetic and functional improvements are commendable, they come with a downside: significant price adjustments. The cost of meals has increased quite a bit since my last visit, which leaves me questioning the value of what I’m getting. Subway has long been an affordable option for a quick meal, but with the prices rising, it feels less justifiable. To be honest, the menu items don’t seem to have changed enough to warrant the steep increases. I find myself wondering if the value for money is still there, especially when the quality remains relatively the same despite the enhanced presentation.
Another frustrating aspect of my visit was the reward machine being out of order. This has become a recurring issue, and it's disheartening to think that I could be missing out on points toward future discounts and benefits. Loyalty programs can be a driving factor for customers, and when such systems aren’t functioning, it detracts from the overall customer experience.
In summary, while I appreciate Subway’s efforts to upgrade their location and improve cleanliness, the heightened prices and ongoing technical issues with their reward system leave me feeling dissatisfied. If they can address these price concerns and ensure their rewards program is operational, I might be more inclined to return often. For now, though, I think I’ll be shopping around for better value.

Parking: Parking lot is small at this shopping center and often very busy with the amount of shops in this plaza.

Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely accessible but the store is small so a tight fit at times but sure a team member could help push tables back for more access

This place is trash. I eat here very often & typically don’t use a coupon. I had a coupon this time & the said they don’t take them. If they’re willing to make budget cuts for coupons what else are they making budget cuts for? I don’t trust it and wouldn’t eat here ever again.
