I am a little confused by the recent negative reviews. The staff here is exceptional and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are well taken care of. The service is prompt, and the staff maintains a positive and friendly demeanor. Overall, the staff and food are excellent. I highly recommend visiting and experiencing it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
Placed order on app said it will be ready by 4:05 showed up at 4:15 an it was not ready now I have to sit an wait for my order. What's the point of online ordering

I asked for some napkins bc there weren't any in the bag. She gave us 2 thin napkins. We both ordered subs that had extra sauce. I asked for more and she looked a her coworkers annoyed and said. They want more napkins. She gave me 2 more thin napkins. So 4 pieces of thins napkins. I didn't know that was an issue. Never going back. Rude over some napkins.

This location is the best subway I have been to in years. They made my sandwich the way subway used to. And the staff was very friendly and it sounds silly, but they built my sandwich to perfection. I found my new favorite location. I suggest you do the same. The staff needs a raise.

Update. Just went back there for the first time in several years. Watched the young man take the trash out. Came right back in to make my sandwich with no hand washing. Oh no! I don't think so
Placed an online order and went when the app told me it was ready. Was informed they were finishing the sub up and had to wait 5 minutes beyond the completed time. The sub was cold when I got home to eat it. I threw half of it away due to this!

This subway location doesn’t honor most major promotions. Similarly I ordered two sandwiches with shredded mozzarella cheese on the app. When I arrive at the store the sandwiches weren’t ready, which isn’t a big deal. But as I watched them make it the workers put the wrong cheese on the first sandwich. I informed them it was fine but I’d like the correct cheese on the second sandwich. The employee proceeded to yell at me that the shredded Monterey was mozzarella and if I wanted the actual mozzarella I would have to pay an additional $4 at the restaurant. It was a frustrating experience as if they told me they were out of shredded mozzarella it would have been fine, but to yell at me and lie about the type of cheese was a horrible experience. I won’t be coming back to this location ever
