Never was able to order food. Drove into drive thru, got told to pull around to window. NO ONE ever came to window. I sat for 5 minutes waiting and waiting and waiting. Gave up and left. Not gonna have any customers if you can’t be bothered to take their order and provide a sandwich.

Pulled up to the drive through on a random Thursday at 2:30 pm. a few minutes go by and no answer. 5 minutes go by and I’m talking through the speaker trying to get someone’s attention. After 10 minutes I give up, while driving away I peak through the window to see if it’s even open and I see a group of workers just standing around. Seriously??

Chandhu Was the worker that helped me. I had been charged for an app order that the store did not receive and he was super friendly and helpful in getting my order together. He was also very polite. Subway definitely needs to fix the app issues because the service itself was awesome!

Went to 2 (Hamilton Ave and Kemper rd) subways before ordering in frustration. Both locations denied my use of coupons. I generally like Subway, but went there today because I had coupons. If you don't accept them why do you pay for printing and circulating them. A very poor decision and you've lost a regular customer. I will never set foot on one of your stores again. They also worked on 2 other orders that came in after me before finishing my order.

I arrived at 8:40pm because it says closes at 9:00pm when I got there i sat in the drive thru forever I even went to the window in the man ignored me so I went through the drive through again and he said “we close at 8:45” even though it says 9:00pm. I stated I been here since “8:40” he never responded i left

Walked in ...place was dirty. Man was busy making an online order, lady was talking to him from the back...he finished I order and then look down at the veggies . . The Lettuce was brown/pinkish everything was old and wilted I asked if there was any fresh he said NO then proceeded to dig deep into the Lettuce and being the bottom to the top, yuck....I stood there in disbelief!!! After a minute I said this is nasty and left I will never go again!!!! I am still disgusted.

Avoid this location! I ordered on my way home from work. I was given a pickup time of 4:10 went in at 4:25 and I didn’t receive my order til 4:50, I’m glad I went in because now I will never order there again it was super dirty on the inside!!

They were very rude and the lady had the window closed and I was not able to understand what she was saying I would tell her to speak louder she would get mad and give looks. I found hair my food and made me feel very disgusted and uncomfortable, when my found my food was ready the guy threw it at me like if he was mad and also gave me the wrong chips.
