The lady making my sub was too busy chatting with her coworker to make my order correctly.
So I had to repeat myself. Several times.
And then when I pay, of course the machine asked for a tip. But there’s no option for no tip and if there is, it’s hidden somewhere in the kiosk.

I have to share an amazing experience I had at Subway, all thanks to Keri and Scotti. I walked in after what felt like the longest morning ever, weighed down by a serious case of the blahs. But from the moment I stepped through the door, everything changed. Keri and Scotti have this incredible energy and have created an atmosphere that's just infectious. They don't just serve sandwiches; they make you feel like you're the most important person in the room, anticipating your needs and going above and beyond to ensure you leave happier than when you arrived.

Honestly, I can say without a doubt that this is the best Subway I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The food was, of course, delicious, but the service was truly impeccable. And it wasn't just the speed or efficiency; it was the genuine care and attention that Keri and Scotti provided. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the dining area was spotless, which is always a plus.

But what truly sets this Subway apart is the customer service. It's not just about taking orders and making sandwiches; it's about creating an experience. Went in. Yes a little late but still hours from closing. Lady with nose ring was extremely rude and condescending. We even tried to pay her a compliment and maybe she just was in a bad mood. But she completely ignored us. Then i decided after paying I forgot one more sandwich and she scoffed rolled her eyes and was like “what do you want” in an extremely rude tone. Might go there again but not if she’s there. If you’re in a bad mood that’s one thing but don’t be hateful at least fake a smile

My first time visiting this location. The two ladies running the store were very friendly! The sandwich was made well and very fresh. I was in and out quickly. I’ll definitely go back!

Clean. Visited on 11/22 around 7:30 PM. One worker. She was very sweet and kind. But one worker just takes too long and we only had three sandwiches on our order. Recommend staffing two at all times. Food was good although a couple of the veggie options looked a bit stale/old/unappealing.

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave a review of this caliber but the way that this store handled my situation is beyond unacceptable. I went to the store on my lunch break and of course they are slammed, no problem. They make my order then I head to the check out. As I’m checking out, the lady is rushing to wrap my sandwich, and the man is GAWKING at me. I go on to pay and he’s more worried about me than making sure everything with this current transaction. I ignored most of things he said because he was hitting on me and it made me uncomfortable.

Mind you I said I was on my LUNCH BREAK.

So I go on to leave and drop my husband off at work because he ALSO is on his lunch break. I go to dig in the bag for a cookie and realized that there were no cookies in the bag.

So I had to turn around (I was already 10 min up the road at this point) and ask for my cookies.

The employees began to snicker and laugh because he’d probably joked about forgetting my cookies and trying to hit on me in one encounter!!!

I just grabbed my cookies and head back.

I get back to work after everything and I go to get out of the car, my sandwich flys out of the bag and onto the ground.

I go to call the store and tell them I just want a refund because I am beyond displeased and she goes to call whoever the district manager is and the manager tells me to pick the sandwich up, wrap it up, and bring it to the store to get a full refund.

I asked for his number and email and they said I couldn’t have it.

So I gave them my number IN HOPES that they’ll do the right thing but I have a feeling they won’t.

TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT….AVOID SUBWAY.
