Disappointing customer service… would rather drive out of my way than visit this location and be ignored for another 2 minute sandwich making visit.
Got 3 sandwiches and a churro for carryout online.
1 sandwich was completely wrong, so had to drive back and had them remake, no offer to refund. When I got back home and was finally able to eat. Everyone else had already finished their sandwiches, and then we found out they had not put the cinnamon and sugar in them. So basically they were just flavorless fried dough. This is not the first time we've had issues at this location. We'll not be going back to this location again.
Ordered from here on UberEats. First half the order was missing. Then sandwich that I did get smelled bad and had a long black/red hair sticking out of it. Ended up tossing the food that I did receive. Was completely useless to order from here as I received nothing edible.
Lady at the counter Saturday morning was very rude.
I’ll drive a few miles further to patronize a store that honors coupons . Not a big deal, just the principle of a private owner who doesn’t value customers.

The Manager, Dre, made me a horrible italian BMT. So stingy with the ingredients.
Wanted a ftomg pretzel. They said out of butter..footlong meatball now 10.00. I thought they were closing at 7 20 pm. But no butter? Riiight..ill.stick with Anderson subway.

Let me just say this... I wish I had read the first few reviews before I ordered here. However reading them was the highlight of this visit, by far the worst I've ever experienced at any subway. Rather than copy and paste the other 1 star reviews, let me assure you that they are accurate. I know this review won't be posted if certain words are used so I'll say the black haired (starts with a P and ends with a K) feels very safe behind that counter. I also noticed the owner doesn't even respond to the negative reviews confirming 2 things......
1. They don't give a (starts with an S and ends with a T)
2. As a result of number 1, this dump will be the same for every other customer.
Mariemont council should run them out of town.

Came here twice. The big white short haired lady was pretty rude. No greetings on both visits. Today was unacceptable. I walked in and she was prepping stuff. Store was empty. She was awkwardly silent and I was waiting for her like 30 seconds then I told her can I get a sub please. She gave me an attitude and said I’ll be right with you in a moment like I was bothering her business. Guess she doesn’t want people to come to this store?

Arrived about 1:30 pm, ordered the Subway Club. The store was empty, unusual for a Subway. Service was good, staff were pleasant, but the sandwich was not. The bread was old tasted like cardboard, the meat lukewarm. Disappointing, I love Subways Veggi Max patties, which they didn't have. A last odd thing, the waste container, in spite of the cover, does not separate recyclables. It ask goes in one bag. Curious.Next time I'll go to the pub across the street.

When I walked in on a Late Sun afternoon there were no customers. Young lady behind counter appeared to not be busy as she did greet me right away and asked what I’d like. When I started to build my veggie wrap and asked for onions she said they didn’t have any as she didn’t have time to cut them. ?.Would’ve been nice to have had the “wrap” (flour tortilla) just slightly warmed in a microwave or something. Instead it was rock hard out of refrigerator. I ordered a drink and chips only to find out they don’t even have iced tea. As I do not drink pop I had to settle for water which should’ve been free but didn’t bother to ask for refund as she seemed annoyed at that point that she had to even wait on me. Counters where I paid were sticky.For such a high priced neighborhood this place was not well run.
