Website says open, the schedule on the door said open. They said they were closed but it literally smelled like bread was cooking. Nothing was put away. The cash register didn’t look closed out. I guess bro didn’t wanna do his job and serve the white guy.
I just ordered a Sandwich and Nachos and neither were made right, my bread is obviously not toasted at all, had no pickles or cucumbers and the nachos didn't have jalapeños
Literal cigarette ash on my sandwich. I kept thinking what smells like cigarette when I took my first bite.
Doors locked and wouldn’t let any customers in at NOON. I understand having staffing issues (or whatever the case was) but they wouldn’t let us in. The most ironic part was the huge sign out front saying “WE ARE OPEN!” This place has been going downhill but I’ve never seen anything like this, will not be returning.

I was here on Sun 11/24/24 at 6:00 p.m. The two ladies at the counter were wonderful! They smiled, entered into a fun conversation, and were happy. They will get my business back. I did have a very bad experience about 3 yrs ago but I didn't expect that employee to still be there. Great job!

Stay away from this place. The management is rude and will not listen to you. I don't usually complain online but this place has continued to screw up orders with no refund or replacement.

The man making my sandwich has to have hearing problems, he didn’t hear any of my order, and when I asked for just one strip of sause, he loaded me!! They were also completely out of napkins and I was left with so much sause and no way to clean it!

I honestly hated this experience. Me and my husband are in here daily during the morning time after our gym and it’s amazing service and nice people but we came in today at 7:10 and the lady behind the counter did even do anything she was to busy laying over the counter playing on her phone, we waited and rang the bell until someone from the back came out to finally serve us. Honestly ridiculous. ??

I don’t really care for Italian herbs bread. Asked if she would switch them. Her response is she’s not allowed to do that. I also asked for no pepperoni, she said SURE, i can take anything thing off I just can’t add or switch anything….
I’ve been eating subway a long time. I will definitely not be back to this location!
Seriously what difference does it make if i was given white bread? Like just one simple thing would’ve made my experience completely different but instead, I’m a unsatisfied confused Customer. Because all of that was just weird! Thankfully, there’s many subways. Hold strong this ridiculous rule or policy or whatever y’all are calling it.

Here we are in year #3. I didn't ask for money or free food or anything free. A quick synopsis, I was ignored on an app order when I arrived for p/u. I canceled the order before she touched a crumb of bread. Days later I was assured of a refund by the DM. Never issued. Many calls later, no action. After being a 4 to 5 subs purchased every couple of months I have now not purchased from them into my third year. If this is customer service maybe I should pay closer attention to the "closing down" rumors I hear from time to time. Their new subs may be excellent but it appears that I'll never know.Well, here we are a year later and still no response from Subway and no patronage from me. Be careful using their app. Once they have your money they apparently don't care about what you do or don't get. I guess they have to find some way to pay all the celebs in their new commercials.Grab a cup of coffee. 3 months ago I placed an order through the app for buy 2 get 1 free. I went in to p/u and waited for a customer ordering in person to finish. I was masked, per policy. The customer was wearing his mask around his Adam's apple and spent a good deal of time flirting. When they finished (past my p/u due time) she indicated my order had not been started. As I have emphysema and can ill afford a virus I just told her to cancel the order. After a month of being jerked around by the CSR, I contacted the DM and was told he would correct it that day. To date I have had nothing credited to my debit card and no refund received. I have not been back, will not be back and will actively dissuade anyone I can from patronizing this business. Update: 6 months now and nothing. I suggest you avoid using their app as the first thing it does is take your money and they don't mind keeping it even if they give you nothing! Gosh, if I went in there and did that they would try to arrest me. And no, I haven't gotten my $14.16 worth yet...not by a long shot.

I had a coupon for 3 footlongs for$18.So did 3 of the people ahead of me. The person behind the counter refused to accept mine and said that she isn't going to keep giving away "free sandwiches." And told me that I would need to pay full price or leave despite having a legitimate coupon in hand. She refused service... the coupon came from Subway's flyer in this week's door store.
