Very inconsistent service. Rude management. Routinely out of basic menu items and have come in TWICE in the past month, ordered food, then arrived at the register to pay, handed cash over to the cashier.... and they THEN tell me that they have no change.

Im only giving this store 5 stars because of Michael, he was there by him self today because the manager called off. There were like 16 people in the store and he took orders made them and cashed out. It was a little wait but he handled his business and did his job. Who leaves their coworker by themselves when you know it was going to be just the two of you? SHADY!!

Service is slow! I would like to go there for lunch but I only have 30 min and it takes about 20 to 30 min to get food.

Great service. Manager Charles had a full store and he was all alone. By himself he was getting us out 4 at a time. Kept a cool head and was very professional. Would recommend this store, food is always fresh, service is always great and fast, in and out, store always clean, smiles always on faces and I feel welcome.

This location is horrible, I sent my daughter in to get her sandwich and six meatballs on the side. My daughter returned and the girl that works there shoved what she said, two meatballs into a cup you would use for side dipping sauces( instead of putting them into a bowl or cup). I went back in to get new meatballs since the ones I paid for looked like something I would feed to my pet. she would not give me new meatballs so I then asked for my money back for just the meatballs, she demanded I give her the change back that she gave my daughter so she could give me my 20 dollar bill back and start the process over, I told her all she has to do is refund me the amount for the meatballs, all the while the employee was yelling at me very loud and told me I should of ordered a sandwich Instead of a side of meatballs. I asked her for corporates number and she refused to give it to me. I knew this was going nowhere so I grabbed my mashed up meatballs and left, I called another Subway to get the number and called corporate to report it, they said they emailed the owner and he will get back with me, of course I heard nothing. Its obvious that the owner is just as bad as the employees he hires. If i could leave no stars i would because this location deserves none and they give Subway a bad name.

Walked in behind a employee, young black female behind the counter was on the store phone while making her own personal sandwiches, young lady that had just walked in, waked her hands and went to work on my 2 sandwiches. The other young lady was still on the phone, had to be asked to get off the phone and help. Very unprofessional

the girl behind the counter didn't have a name badge on so I don't know her name, I asked for a 12in spicy Italian on herbs and cheese bread and she put it on wheat(not a huge deal) then asked me again what kind of sandwich I wanted, and then only put 5 slices of salami an 5 slices of pepperoni, I asked for bacon and she made it seem like it was a huge deal but I shrugged it off and moved forward. She then asked me what kind of veggie and I told her Lettuce onion and banana peppers, she put very little lettuce on the sandwich so I asked for a little more and again she made it out as if it was a big inconv, and it was the bottom of the container and it was turning a red ish/brown color, again I shrugged it off and moved forward, she took my payment(cash) with gloves on and then retrieved my sandwich out of the toaster and put onions and banana peppers on it with the same gloves on. point being the customer service I received today was not a pleasant one and I felt as thought the counter staff were not professional by any means. Will I be returning to this location? NO not at all.
