I wouldn't eat here because the freaking girl use her gloves to do everything open the door tug at her clothes and open door etc.
Rude told me not tell her how to do her job

It was pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon..
Veggies were well stocked and fresh..
Someone explain how a sandwich shop runs out of bread?
No one washed their hands before handling food, the worker KC wiped his nose on his bare hands before helping the next customer, the veggies looked old and nasty and when asked about how come the tomatoes looked soggy I was told because their cooler is going out. Not clean AT ALL!! Their wasn’t any customers when I arrived for the meat bar lid to be open nor the veggies to be low and nasty looking. Only had 3 knives on the veggie bar and they were all used and not clean before using them on my order. Also I ordered a veggie sub and the girl never changed her gloves. This store never looked like this before. I would have just said never mind but it was getting late and my family and I were hungry and just wanted to go home. But we WILL NOT TETURN TO THIS STORE!!!!!
Just here waiting on my pick up order… while the lady stands in the corner on the phone for 5+ minutes now….

Worst subway I have ever been to, if you want day old stale bread then this is your place. Idk if they guy making my sub was new but he literally barely cut a line in the bread shoved all the toppings into it and put mayo on the side of the bread and just wrapped it with everything falling out. Bathroom didn’t even have working paper towels. I will never be returning here. If your wondering, why I didn’t just go back in and complain about my sandwich is because I was on a quick break for work and didn’t have time.

Horrible experience with the women working behind the counter also order on the app and my food was still later currently standing waiting for them to finish then have the nerve to be mad at me smh why

The two guys working there were either on serious drugs or had other issues. My son and I both got sandwiches with turkey on them and his smelled so bad we threw it away. I thought mine was okay but I've been throwing up for three hours.

The worst customer service I have ever had my entire life they are so rude I walked in with a smile spoke to the guy making my food and he just looked at me and rolled his eyes and acted like he didn’t want to make my food the manger was also rude the whole place is terrible and it smells in there I would never walk in her again I can’t believe how the workers act
Worst customer service ever. On Monday, my wife placed an online order(for curbside), which I picked up. When I got home, she asked me for the cookies she ordered and the Pretzel Sidekick. Up until that time, I did not realize that we did not get the whole order( items were on receipt). I called the store and after being transferred to several employee, I got the manager(I guess). I mentioned the situation. After going back and forth with him for several minutes, he asked if I could come pick up the food then, which I could not. I said I would be the today(Wednesday). He said he would leave a note and I could come in then. So anyway....I show up today and the manager on shift said their policy does not allow them to hand out food after two days....he said I should have come back right away...which I told him I could not. After arguing with him for several minutes(he was becoming nasty), I told him he'll get a bad review....He actually said "I'm sure it won't be the first time." SUBWAY really needs to step up their game on customer service and even manners....some of the worst franchises in the fast food business.
