experience was not pleasant from the start of my purchase. The people who all where there that day made me sure to no longer go there. When i first entered there was four one mopping one drinking a drink in a cup one leanning toward the sandwich station and one leaning opposite facing foward none said hi hello whats up so im like ok what ever 35 45 second standing there while they talking im like hey i like to order. They. Asked me what i wanted they started to prepare it.. 1st they where touching money and mopping with gloves. The same gloves they started to make my sandwich with. 2 They then got upset when i asked to remake it with clean gloves.
3. Then there was like smell in there Then the food tasted spoiled the food was the lettus looked bad the tomatoes looked decent but they did not want to add more tomatoes only 4 little slices then i asked for more olives they did not want to either. The squeezed or something looked horrible. I just finally left.

My food had a Black hair in it I well never eat there anymore and they don't even offer nothing plus you can't even use coupons there not very good business like ?
Just Like other Norwood Restaurants within the Plaza, Subway also tends to also have extremely rude employees, Me and my Friend went here and we were not greeted in a way we did not expect, as we were in line the worker asked us in a very mean and aggressive way if we wanted anything else like we bothered him, and because of that we left the restaurant in disgrace, not coming back!!!!

I was there about 8pm on Sunday night and the crew was so amazing and the man I dealt with was very helpful at helping me decide my order.i wish his name was on the receipt because he was so kind!thank you subway!
Cashier was rude and kept purposely mispronouncing my name after I told her how to pronounce it three times. And my Philly cheesesteak was lighter than air, because they barely put any meat or ingredients on it. The vegetables were sliced paper thin, and they barely put any meat on it at all… It was like a bread sandwich. Never again!

None had the correct bread, yet nothing was said to us... but they completely left off any toppings on one and barely put any meat on it, which was supposed to have EXTRA of everything on it....
