Your employees are amazing but please, properly staff your store. I have walked in multiple times on my lunch break to one employee working and a line to the door. Not to mention countless online orders. It causes for unnecessary chaos and really long wait times. I come in during my lunch break and should not have to wait 20 minutes to get my sandwich made simply because you have one person working who is extremely overwhelmed.

This franchise location has removed the ability to order almost every Subway Series Footlong in the app in order to prevent coupon usage. They agreed to accept the coupon with Subway corporate but don't want to actually follow through.

I went in a blonde girl with the name tag Bailey was there it was about 8:30 when I went in she gave me meat bacon and sauce i specifically put veggies called the next day spoke to dalton he was absolutely no help and rude he told me he didn’t know what to do about it and that his district manager would give me a call his exact work were “I’m not sure what to do about it” then no one ever got back to me no one at this location can make subs right I used to be a regular customer I am no longer going there all these people need retraining they don’t put enough meat when they are close to close they don’t put any veggies on the sandwiches it’s pure laziness I’ve had my sandwich made by everyone there the 3 guys 2 girls and not one of them make subs properly they have no idea what to do when there is a issue this store is just under poor management I suggest going to a different subway owned by a different person

They gave me this when I ordered a veggie sub. They gave a vegetarian a meatball sub. Complete idiots that work here

Wilma, the elderly lady working the line is quite rude. She is not clean, having sauce on her gloves from previous sandwiches, touching other things then touching the food, using the same knife to cut multiple sandwiches.

Staff didn't seem to want to help us, food was okay but they didn't have tea and the soda machine was down.

Food was okay but not enough staff. Only one worker at this location yo do all the work. Staff didn't change gloves enough and was talking over the food that was just sitting out. They could use more help.

The owners Caryn and Eric franke allowed our walk in fridge to break from lack of maintenance and then had us serve food out of food safe temp I remember walking in and water pooling on both the floor and on top of food pans to grab food out of the walk in in was noticably warm maybe a few degrees under room temperature while working there I often witness non food safe practices such as prepping without gloves and lack of basic cleanliness such as rust lined floors and stained/moldy walls both of the owners are extremely exploitative towards their workers going as far as demanding clock outs for under 20 minute breaks which is illegal under federal labor standards Federal law does not require lunch or coffee breaks. However, when employers do offer short breaks (usually lasting about 5 to 20 minutes), federal law considers the breaks as compensable work hours that would be included in the sum of hours worked during the workweek upon being hired I was also immediately told not to share my wage as they hadn't given their current workers raises even during the current economy we're living in they'd rather tell an old woman she puts too much topping on a sandwich than pay her a fair wage for the work she does for them
