I'll never come back after what I experienced ordered a six inch sub I always get my normal after taking a few bites I looked down and noticed that there was a dead gnat on the onion that fell on my sandwich took it the employee explained and showed her she remade the sandwich again I checked to make sure nothing was on it the lady did apologize a few times. I noticed at other locations they keep the kids on to cover their toppings after making sandwiches but at this location they didn't have lids covering the toppings

Went in and tried to order my normal footlong on the Italian Herb and Cheese. I was told they only had white and wheat, not a problem except when she opened the warmer there was a whole tray of the Italian Herb and Cheese sitting there looking at me. I questioned them about it and was told “that’s all we have for the remainder of the day”. It was around 3pm, yes I was ordering 5 subs for my family but I only needed 2 of the Italian Herb and Cheese. This is the only store I have ever know to horde things and not sell to a paying customer. Absolutely ridiculous.

The subway is very subway but the 5 stars is for the woman who works there- we come after karate class probably once a week and she has been there every time. She is nothing but friendly and wonderful and attentive, she remembers my kids' orders and is patient with them. She makes this place the 5 star.

If you want the best subway sandwich of your life, come after 3 pm when Jenny is there. Jenny is truly the shining star and face of this business. She truly makes her sandwiches with love. She has the best customer service skills I have seen from anyone. I refuse to go to any other subway and will happily wait until she is on shift. Get ready and fired up for the best tasting freaken sandwich ever from her.

They have a sign that says not accepting paper coupons at this time but according to other reviews they never accept coupons. Plus they're skimpy on toppings. I'm not paying 10 plus for a sandwich that's mostly bread. I quit eating subway years ago because of this issue and I think it's about time to do it again. I've always loved jersey Mike's that's a real sandwich. Subway is tired and time for retirement.

This subway is filthy dirty and the black olives were rotten mushy and had a slime film on them. Some of the black olives had fuzzy mold on them. We didn't even take a bite of either footlong sandwich and asked for the two sandwiches to be re-made with fresh black olives, they refused. Asked if they would re-make sandwiches with no olives, they refused. Ask for our money back, because I can't eat moldy olives, they refused. I left both moldly olive sandwiches on their front counter and left. We will never be back to any Subway! You lost our business forever!!! Also my husband would take subway sandwiches 3+ times a week in his lunch for work... Never again Board of health needs to close this location permanently before they poison someone. Nasty gross & rude

Jenny at the Ohio Pike store is AWESOME! My husband and I have never had a bad experience there. Food is always exceptional and fresh. Jenny is kind and always helpful. She deserves a raise. Hands down best Subway around because of her.
