Prices are very high as compared to other Subway locations. Food was on par. No restroom in store, you must take your receipt out to the security guard who grants you entry elsewhere in the building to go potty.

The store seemed clean. Only gave 1 star because we went here once and won't go back. The worker had a lot of drama going on, they're teenage kid brought all their friends with them after school for mom to give them free food. The kids were very disrespectful. Apparently someone else had called the cops on them for beating up a homeless man just before they came in. Mom/worker was busy defending them. After us no one else received any help while we were there (we ate inside but left after things kept escalating). I hope it's not always this crazy, but I won't go back to find out. That was too much drama for a small restaurant with 1 employee to have!

Poor communicators taking orders make a slow process guaranteed.
Anything option that isn't Skyline is a welcome option, but what happened to "$5. $5. $5 foot long?" Is that not a thing here? While we as Americans are force fed fast food down our willing gullets, the least swill merchants can do is make it as affordable as possible, especially when the only surprise inside is Type II Diabetes. When you get over the sticker shock of something around $8 for a flaccid 6" that looks like it could please no one, man or woman, & dream of thrusting a much more satisfying option into your waiting hole (I'm thinking of a trip to Quiznos, you sickos), you're here, so deal with it. There's a decent amount of seating if you're planning to dine in, but you'll always panic just a bit if the line is long around lunch time & the tables are filling up. If that's the case, I'd suggest walking over to Fountain Square & shame eating your hastily assembled meatball sub & trying not to spill any of it on yourself. Pay attention to them while making your order. I've had things screwed up if I've averted my eyes for a mere few seconds. But do take advantage of their points/rewards system. I have over 400 points accumulated at the moment & am just itching to treat some lucky lady to a night of subs & cookies at a fine establishment like this one. Who's in? No, just kidding, I'd rather have a colonoscopy. If I keep eating here, I'll probably need one. With the recent loss of Wendy's, we need as many quick service dining options as we can get in this area. Yes, Subway is ubiquitous, boring & bland compared to some more upscale establishments, & charges more than it should given what you get in return, but it's generally reliable & this location is no exception.

This place has gone down hill since the one opened over on 4th street in the atrium building. Customer service not good. They seem to be more interested in talking to each other than anything else.

Seriously. Worst subway ever. Closes half hour early all the time. Mediocre employees. Not worth it

Always busy, but they get you in, through the line and out. I see they remember some customers, which is a bonus. Food has always been right. I've been there about 6x in last 2 months. It's quick and easy. Keep it up

Subway is subway. It's good when you're in a bind. This place is a 4 stars because the speed of service is always quick as lightning! You walk in, you better be ready to order. I've walked in, placed my order and walked out with my toasted 6 inch chicken teriyaki in under 5 minutes, NO PROBLEM. That's even with the lunch rush! *Also, not all Subways in downtown Cincinnati honor the $5 foot long of the month or whatever special is going on. This one does! Yum!
Very bad service.
Good fast service. Food as expected
