I first went to the subway inside the Shell gas station on Linn and 8th Street. The customer service just was so bad. They were so busy talking to each other, she wouldn't listen to me. So I left there and went to the one on Glenway close to Cheviot. I really wanted a Subway sandwich. The young man was very nice and friendly. But for some reason the sandwich didn't taste. I like it usually tastes.

Horrible horrible service, I work in the service industry and I will never come back, and the lady said that the owners own majority of the subways around here so I bet they all have untrained employees. The employees were outside smoking cigarettes in the front of the store, the food looked really old and the lettuce was brown. I started my order and juts decided to go to Jersey mikes where the food and service was significantly better.

Don't even bother using coupons at this locations. They DO NOT honor it and will go an extra step to cancel your online order if you used one. Worst location in all of Cincinnati.

My son and I went in last week, I had a coupon two footlongs for $12.99. We were told they don't accept coupons at this location. I told him we won't be placing an order then. He proceeded to mock us by sticking out his lower lip, rubbing his eyes and saying it will be alright in a babies voice. To make things worse, I believe this individual to be the manager.
Customers service is great but the food speaks for itself; everything was so fresh and delicious my taste buds were in heaven!

Google says they close at 8, I show up at 6:30 to order and there’s a sign on the door saying they decided they were closing at 6 that day. Why even have your hours posted if you’re just gonna work whenever you feel like it (or don’t, apparently) anyway? I won’t be back.

Online it states this location is a participating location fir the many deals that they offer yet they will say they arent. Corporate sent me giftcards howevwr if enough of us complain they will forced with fines. Management doesnt seem to care

Place an order on the app and paid for it. Drove to the location to tell me my order was voided because this location doesn’t use any app deals. Now I don’t have time to pick up lunch. Was told I could pay full price in the location. What’s the point of the app when it’s listed as a Participating location.

They don't know the classic sandwiches on their menu. They made the cold cut wrong and then when I wanted a remake, they made me pay for it AND threw away the other one. What a joke. This is why I don't mess with subway for years at a time. Learn the menu. If a sandwich is made wrong offer to remake it, because that's good customer service.

Good food and prices
Subway has the FLBOGO deal going and I placed a online order and 15 mins later my order was canceled but my account was still charged. I dont blame the employees, I blame whoever the owner is of the glenway subway. I dont know why the buy one get one free deal is advertised if most of the location dont do it or want anything to do with it. Post a sign or post something online if you dont do FLBOGO.
Used the foot long buy one get one free and my order was canceled. The employee said the owner requested all the BOGO orders to be canceled. My money hasn’t been returned to me
