If you want your sandwich made right, order it in person rather than on the app. They put pickle, tomato, spinach, and a couple jalapeños on my sandwich - but I didn't want any of that. I just wanted lettuce, red onions, and green peppers.

I'm sure the food is fine but I wouldn't know because when I drove all the way there they were closed at 8:50 when they're supposed to be open until 9. Now I understand they want to go home but if you're supposed to be open until 9 I believe you should be open until 9. I only wanted a foot long sandwich for my daughter that would've only taken a few minutes to make. I don't know maybe I'm being nitpicky.

This location is very unprofessional and ghetto ,they use profanity and disclose personal information right in front of customers,they close way before the time stated and stay on the clock collecting company money and are supposedly “Sick” and when bringing this to the Managers attention I was met with aggression and attitude,I will be discussing this matter with My corporate subordinate considering this was the sole purpose I was sent out,

Bought a turkey sandwich from here the meat left a sour taste on my tongue. I went back up there the workers acted like they couldn’t get in touch with their manager they was unprofessional. They said they didn’t have a corporate number. They said they couldn’t give me a refund they just unprofessional i advise anybody not to go there
Was told I needed to get something else because there wasn't any steak prepped up. I walked out

I first went to the subway inside the Shell gas station on Linn and 8th Street. The customer service just was so bad. They were so busy talking to each other, she wouldn't listen to me. So I left there and went to the one on Glenway close to Cheviot. I really wanted a Subway sandwich. The young man was very nice and friendly. But for some reason the sandwich didn't taste. I like it usually tastes.

Horrible horrible service, I work in the service industry and I will never come back, and the lady said that the owners own majority of the subways around here so I bet they all have untrained employees. The employees were outside smoking cigarettes in the front of the store, the food looked really old and the lettuce was brown. I started my order and juts decided to go to Jersey mikes where the food and service was significantly better.
