Just went to pick up my online order and they voided my order because they said they don’t do the BOGO coupon, which is insane to me because the app gave me the code. They legit refused to serve me because I got a cheeper meal from a code provided by the app.

This location ok, big turnover in employees, more than normal, been going here years and have heard negative things about owner by several emloyees over the years. Food is good same as all subways. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT THE SUBWAY COUPONS!

Pretty good and loaded. The only issue was the guy put all three sandwiches in the toaster at the same time and when I got home, the meat on all the sandwiches was cold and needed to be microwaved.

WAS THERE ON 7/29/2023 AT 3:30 IN THE AFTERNOON. HEAVY SET LADY WITH HER HAIR PULLED BACK WAS AWFUL AND I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER ONE WAS NOT ON DUTY - BUT SHE KEPT QUOTING HIS POLICY ... THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE STORE NOT A SOUL AND SHE MADE A HUGE DEAL OUT OF ADDING SALAMI TO A SANDWICH.. I WALKED OUT AND WONT BE BACK. WENT TO THE NEW JERSEY MIKES WHERE A MANAGER WAS WORKING AND THE STAFF WAS NICE THE STORE WAS CLEAN.

HEAVY SET GIRL WORKING THE COUNTER MADE THE BIGGEST DEAL OVER ADDING SALAMI TO MY SUBWAY CLUB. ASKED TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER AND NO MANAGER ON DUTY JUST A BUNCH OF KIDS I WOULD SAY MAYBE 17 TO 19 THE ONE BOY THAT CAME AROUND THE CORNER LOOKED LIKE HE WAS ABOUT 15TH.. THEY ACTED LIKE KIDS .. Nice friendly staff. My order wasn't made correctly but they gladly remade the sandwich quickly and even offered a free drink for the inconvenience.
Food is great service was fast I didn't even know that subway was up that way till I was walkin by it so of course I wasn't passing that by deff get the cookies when there just made there amazing

It was fine ... Not great not bad ... Just fine. The employees rush the customers through. This would be understandable if there was anyone else in the store ... But there was not. Was rushed anyway. Ended up forgetting mayo and olives. He just rushed me too much. Frustrating!

Tried the Glenway location for the first time in quite a while, and the service was great! They have three young men from Oakhills High working there, and they have an assembly line process that works like a charm. Sandwiches are always good. Let's hope they stay a while.

This is the worst managed Subway I've been to, and I've been to dozens. Sign on the door says they close at 9:00. Today I walked in at 8:48. Kid tells me "We're closed."Me: "Everything's still out." (and it was, even meatballs)"The manager decided to close early."Me: "Sign on the door says 9:00.""We're closed."Manager should absolutely be fired, that's IF he or she isn't a relative of the owner and IF you can find another manager in 2023. There are tons of other restaurants close by that close when they're supposed to and actually respect their customers.
