I just got off work and came to subway to eat a sub and the lady that's working right now gets all rude and tells me and three other customers that she's not taking any orders because she has to do the online orders. In other words she sucks at her job and can't keep up with her responsibilities. Mind you there are two guys working too so let m find out that they are just lazy . I cold run circles around them and do more. But it's not my job. What a joke. So I went to Buffalo wild wings across the street.

This Subway is consistently (for the past year) understaffed (1 employee today), with a very long wait (20 minutes for lunch), out of stock (no cookies or tomatoes today, wasn't given a cup lid or straw). Will drive to the downtown location from now on.

I ordered 2 Italian sub with provolone toasted on Italian herb bread instead was giving white bread not toasted sandwich was super cold I see no cheese on it I order this all the time always good this time couldn’t even eat tasted weird af sandwich’s was a huge disappointment complete waste of money never again

Sandwich: never made right or sometimes, they won’t make it for you if it’s “too close to closing” (on Saturdays they close at 12am. Didn’t know 10:55pm is the new 12am! ?).

To those people who had a one star I totally agree with ya'll while I was ordering subway outside of campus these workers were lazy they were rude they couldn't even get the order right which is why I am never trusting this location eve again period.

They removed my 1 star review somehow. No way this is anything above a 2 star place. Look at all the 1 star reviews over the last several years. Left out my macadamian nut cookie even though I asked if it was in there and was told yes. 2 salads. No forks. No forks other than behind the counter.

They can't ever get an order right. Handed me a sack of 12 cookies. I didn't order a pack of cookies. My mistake that I thought we had ordered 2 bowls. I apologized for that. Then they put my protein bowl contents on the sub and the sub contents in the protein bowl. Couldn't swap ingredients because I had dropped the sub off to my wife in the hospital, and I had left. And since a protein bowl is a salad, you'd think a fork would be included. Nope. None sitting out. They are behind the counter. Since they always forget the forks I had to ask. Look at the last 5 years' reviews. No way this is a 3.7 star.

Opens at 10am.. I’m standing here and the lady tells me they are closed. There’s 2 people just standing there talking. Very bad customer service. Rather talk about last night than to do your job. Lost a long time customer. Opens at 10 but no food till 12.. Jersey Mikes it is ♥️

Didn’t try the food, it was for a DoorDash costumer. Found myself waiting over 20 minutes for 2 simple sandwiches. I asked politely about it one time, and the man snipped at me. Telling me to “back up”. And was extremely rude to every costumer or dasher who was concerned for their order. Currently sitting here now at 24 minutes wondering how it takes all night to make 2 simple sandwiches . I’ve worked at subway, so I know there is no reason for them to be that rude, and untimely. Work experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know about their morning shift but weekly night shift is just not friendly or timely costumer service. SO RUDE.

Aye the fellas was putting in work. DASH was ringing off the hook. They seemed new or just knew they got paid by the hour ??? either way didn't bother me none just next time I'll call ahead and see where they is on the online tip. Because it's the only time I eat hear anymore frfr. It's getting high. But the BOGO brings me back every time hence the 5 stars

Ordered a door dash from this subway. None of my sandwiches were ordered to have jalapenos on them. All of my sandwiches came with copious amounts of jalapenos and drenched in jalapeno juices so that the bread was completely soggy. I cannot help but think It was because the employees were playing a joke. #notslay
