probably some of the rudest workers i’ve ever experienced, i’d rather drive 30 minutes to the next subway than go here again and talk to those workers.

This Subway restraunt is located inside of a Shell Gas Station, so there is a store, where you walk to the back and the Subway Restraunt is there. I have notice workers not getting along, lazy and hazy attitudes toward customers. No smiling faces at all. They could use more cultural experiences.

I had a horrible experience at one of your cincinnati locations on Thursday July 3rd 2025. I ordered on the subway app for 3 sandwiches, we get to the store for pick up early we check in they say its not ready yet okay we wait until the app says its finishing up, we head into the store for pick up and first they tell us the order has been picked up already and we tell them theres no way we've been in the parking lot waiting the entire time, then they say oh yea that has to be canceled because we dont have the product to make the sandwiches. So we ask why that was not mentioned when we first checked in and why was the order not immediately canceled once it was received and knew they didn't have the products to fulfill the order, we couldn't get a straight answer, I repeatedly asked for a refund or for them to cancel on their end so my money would go back on my card and they refused and continued to say they had no control over it and we would have to contact customer service except there is no customer service to contact except for this way in email which is absurd. The employees at this location were rude and disrespectful to begin with, and upon sharing my frustration about our experience I found other people have had similar issues with this location. The only reason I chose this location was because they were close to us and opened later hours than others. I've tried for days to get in contact with the franchise owner with absolutely no luck.
And I would love to speak to the franchise owner of this location or a higher up for subway in general.

I went June 11th at night and it was weird. I went around 10:00pm, and Google showed they closed at midnight. I walk up to order a sandwich and the woman tells me they can only do online orders. I know they can do in person but I downloaded the app, and while I was signing up and everything, then they ask what I want, like they couldn’t have done that to start. I then start asking for things and she tells me they’re out of everything I’m asking for, I know that’s a lie too, also with them having 2 hours left, why are they out of so many things? After being told they’re out of quite a few things I tell her I’m good and I don’t want anything. I watch people come in to order, and suddenly they can order in person but I couldn’t, so I decided to watch and see why they could order in person and I couldn’t. While watching, the person ordering before me was very nice and happy but I watched as the 2 workers just did about everything they could to mess up and piss off this woman. I feel I was neutral throughout all of this, but it’s really unfortunate watching someone go from happy to pissed off and annoyed. It’s really not that deep, it’s just a sandwich, I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for the workers to provide service. Also, if it’s only online ordering why are there menus, and why isn’t there a sign specifying this. I know she was lying to me, in all the time they spent wasting my time I could’ve had a sandwich, I’m not saying to rush them and I respect food workers as a fellow food worker, but all of the negativity and laziness was unnecessary.
