It's a gas station, panhandlers out front begging for money, staff sometimes ok sometimes not. Lot filled with Doordash drivers so no place to park. Subway customers park at gas pumps blocking them from those who want gas. People are selfish, don't consider others need gas.

Ordered on their app. Ordered a cold cut combo with no Bologna and no Salami and the delivery driver said they can't take the meat off. They don't come pre-made. Juat lazy, unprofessional. Worst service ever!!!

I arrived at this location to order a simple 6inch sub, but was told they weren't taking any in store/walk up orders due to door dash. This was at 7:30pm 1/9/2024. This location closes at 10pm. So you mean to tell me that they had 2.5 hours of door dash orders. They refused to even allow me to order, unless through door dash. Since when does an in person customer get refused service for delivery orders? I simply said, "well, alright then." Then proceeded to drive back across town to Hyde Park, to Jersey Mike's. Wastedy time and gas, for horrible customer service.

Staff was friendly and prepared my meal quickly. Located in a gas station, so not as decked out as typical Subways, so no cooler of bottled drinks, so I had to buy that from the gas station side. The soda machine wasn't fully stocked, couldn't dispense lemonade, but otherwise working. Clean, fast, friendly.

Drove out of the way to the only open subway in the city to get my kid dinner after a late soccer game only to be told they're not taking any more walk up orders an hour and fifteen minutes before they close. Nice service subway. Poor guy was by himself so seems like a management issue.
