The portions at this Subway are ridiculous. I went here after class with a friend, and I got a wrap, and he got a footlong. Both of our orders had barely any meat. I watched them fill the tools they used to portion the meat, and they would literally only fill them a third of the way; I wish I had taken a picture. We both had to ask for more of everything. When adding veggies, I had asked for green pepper and the worker had only put three tiny pieces on my steak and cheese wrap... I had to ask for more lettuce THREE times because they sprinkled it on like a garnish. I just decided to let it go and not say anything, but I had so much leftover tortilla because there was nothing in it. My friend had so much bread left over as well. I paid $12; something has to change.

The guy running the register grabbed my sandwich when I was going to take it and gave me the person behind me's sandwich. I thought that maybe I had got it wrong, but not he gave me the wrong sandwich

1. They never put any cheese in my orders with cheese2. They have serious troubles with mobile app orders, they never finish the online order until you come and ask for the order

This Subway was good at one time. I can't say for sure what happened but I can say that a smile and a hello goes a long way with most people. If this is lost in the food industry then your business is in trouble. An employee named "Rick" looked at me without saying a word waiting for me to order. In the process of making my sandwich I got the impression he didn't know the names of some of the produce I was wanting on my sandwich. Instead of talking to me he referred to just pointing at ingredients (most of the time he was wrong) also I might add he was very light on toppings and in no way would ask if I was satisfied with the amount. At the conclusion of the transaction he did not check my order, ask to make it a meal, or prompt me to insert my card to pay for my food. The whole experience left me feeling as if Rick was angry at me personally for whatever reason. Over all a very awkward situation that made me really compelled to write this review. I usually don't write reviews so this is new for me!

I had an OUT-OF-BODY EPIPHANY experience. Let me set up the setting- It's right in between classes, middle of the day, super chaotic, yet the staff was calm and kind. First off the lady who got my bread kept calling me "love" like what the heck? SO nice. Then, I was getting a meatball sandwich and the guy just KNEW I wanted parmesan on my sandwich. To top it off my togo bag is made out of paper, amazing, Subway savin' the environment one sandwich at a time.
