First time ever trying and what a big disappointment ? the pancakes were awful I’ve never had greasy pancakes until today I could of brought a 2$ box of mix and made wayyyy better pancakes the hashbrowns were so soggy barley cooked and before I left I asked for ketchup the cook told me he already put some in the bag I get home and there is one packet in the bag ??♀️ 2/10 would not recommended and probably will never try again but the staff was great

This was our first time trying Sugar and Spice although we've heard about it for years. We will definitely be back. We loved everything about it!!! The environment is bright, colorful and fun. The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The coffee and food were outstanding!! It's very kind friendly and has a convenient parking lot. We got a garden omelette and the salmon patty platter. OMG. Every morsel was absolutely DELISH!! We noticed the rubber duckies around the restaurant and figured they were for the kids but when we were finishing up and getting ready to pay our waitress brought over a big basket and let us each pick one out to take home. So fun. This was a great experience I highly recommend - I honestly can't wait to return.
Parking: We arrived pretty early after they opened and there was plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: They have comfortable booths and also provide high chairs as needed. We saw several families with small children who were enjoying themselves.

What a wonderful place to grab a meal, such a cute place with bold bright colors. The staff is wonderful especially the servers and the kitchen despite being so so busy got food out quickly and was freaking delicious ?

Ordered a meal ahead of time and it said it was ready. Went to pick up me order, they told my partner to wait a moment, and then slammed the window in my partners face when he went back 15 minutes later to ask again. After an HOUR of waiting on two sandwiches, he went back to ask again. They were so rude, the food had been ready and was just sitting there? Aside from the wait, the fact that the people working there were yelling at the customers was insane. Don’t recommend this place.

I’m so glad they’re open again. This location is the BEST one…in my opinion. The pancakes…10/10…smoked sausage…10/10….rubber ducks…10/10. Easy parking, good food, free parking, friendly staff and CHEAP.
Parking: It’s in the back. It can be full if busy but it wasn’t when we went.
Kid-friendliness: They give them duckies, music isn’t too loud. I’d recommend half pancakes for little kids
