4 of us went for breakfast and they forgot to make my order. So I had to wait while the other three ate their food and then they had to wait for me to finish. Also, the waitress never came back after I got my food so I got no drink refill. The food was very good though.

On 10/6 I brought my WORK STAFF into this restaurant. The waitress was less than pleasant to say the least and I was given the wrong receipt for my company purchase. I needed to receive the correct receipt so I called to gain access to the receipt but was told that I needed to call back at 3 PM to speak with the manager when the staff member KNEW that they closed at 2:30 PM. I asked her “you’re telling me to call back at 3 PM when you close at 2:30?? She said yes! I said yes?? She said yes! 🤷🏾♀️ I called back 15 minutes later to speak with a manager regarding my issue, and this same woman told me that I could not speak to a manager because the manager was “busy” until the end of the day. I have never experienced anyone telling me that a manager was unable to speak with me until the end of the day because he’s “busy”. Of course, I will never take my black dollar into this place again, because of the disrespect, but also because the food was absolutely terrible. We spent over $100.00.

Busy place! The wait wasn't very long considering the line was out the door. They had the the best French toast! However, the eggs, sausage and my son's omelet was very dry. The cold brew latte was more of a cold brew coffee (which was also an option) and it was extremely sweet. Service was OK. They weren't smiling or energetic but maybe because it was so busy. We didnt have to wait long to be greeted and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time.
