I usually have good service here and usually always enjoy my meal. I called to place a pick up order and JUDY answered the phone very rudely, and with a bad attitude. I can understand that they were probably busy when we called but that’s no excuse to talk to your patrons the way Judy did to us. Very uncalled for and not professional way to run a business. Y’all won’t be getting my money ever again and I will be letting everyone I know that comes here to do the same. I did not appreciate my experience today.

Got a bunch of new people - the server was rushing us, had an attitude, and overall rude. This used to be my favorite spot to go, but it's been almost a year since I been here. Doubt I go back anytime soon.

We did lunch here today. It was cozy, small, vintage like, all kinds of sweets. I've never eaten lemon pie like this. It was made from scratch. Loved it! Our lunch was huge. The price was good. Our waitress was so busy, running all over, at the same time taking care of us. We will be back. ❤❤❤???

I can NOT believe I have never heard of this place! Service was impeccable and they were busy.Biscuits and Gravy 10/10! The gravy has sausage in it ?!!!Pancakes 8/10 they were delicious! And I’m picky about my pancakes.THAT BREAKFAST BURRITO I added onion, tomato and extra cheese. 100/10 ? it was soooo good and they even grilled the burrito!!!Sweet Heart Cafe is such an adorable mom and pop restaurant. I could tell who the regulars were and there were a few in that short time I was there. It was so cute to see and it felt so “homey”.I will definitely be returning.

Amazing food, super sweet staff, and the most adorable crafts for sale. This is a regular spot for us. And I'm obsessed with their tea kettle collection!

Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly. They have a little box of coloring books and things like that for little ones that come in.

Went with friends for breakfast last week...cute things for sale, and the food was absolutely delicious! I got scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, and potatoes....the best breakfast I've had in years. I felt like it even topped Cracker Barrel. Now that I know its there, I plan on going frequently!

Outstanding casual diner that most people don't even know is there. I had breakfast there this morning and it was outstanding.!! Not only was the food great, but Judy and her team were awesome as well!!!

Customer service was awful! It was obvious we weren’t welcome. We waited to be seated & our table was given to someone who came in after us. Apparently they only cater to a “certain” group of people & they should specify who they “really” want to patronize their establishment as not to waste anyone’s time.

Be hungry when you get there you won't be when you leave. The wait staff is top notch they recognize regulars and treat everyone nice. The food is home made not commissary. Looking forward to my next visit.

Not from the area, googled a good place to eat breakfast and happen upon this hidden gem. Will go here every time we come in town from now on. It's a slice of home in the big city run by really cool women making amazing food.

What a wonderful hidden gem of a place this was. I got the breakfast burrito and a side of sausage it was amazing and huge and my wife got pancakes and bacon. She loved it and I loved their pancakes as well. Huge portions, comfy atmosphere and good service. Definitely a must try!!!
