So good!
I had an issue with Sweet Mae's Cookies that left me initially disappointed, but their response was truly exceptional! They not only listened to my concerns with genuine empathy but also went above and beyond to make things right.
From the moment I reached out, their customer service team took ownership of the problem and resolved it in a way that exceeded my expectations. They kept me updated every step of the way, ensuring I felt valued as a customer. The owner is exceptional and more than rectified this situation.
Not only did they completely win me over with their exceptional service, but their stuffed cookies are hands down the best I’ve ever had! The flavors are rich, perfectly balanced, and truly unforgettable. Each bite is a little piece of heaven, and I can’t stop telling everyone I know about them. I learned that not only are the cookies sold at the Findlay Market in OTR, they will also be coming to my local Target store.
Mistakes happen, but what sets Sweet Mae's Cookies apart is how they handle them—with professionalism, care, and a clear commitment to customer satisfaction. They've earned my trust and my loyalty, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
Thank you, Tiffany, for turning a negative into a positive and showing that great customer service still exists!
I bought my first cookie from Cincinnati Children's Hospital gift shop located in Liberty Township. I so enjoyed the rainbow celebration cookie. I didn't get a chance to warm up, but I loved them so much I ordered more from the website! So happy women owned and local small business!

You're doing yourselves a disservice by not allowing us to build our own 4-packs. I bought two cookies from Findlay Market this weekend & went to your website ready to spend $$$. And local Targets only sells one flavor. Very

How FANTASTIC!I read an article about this business and decided to try for my Godchild's birthday. She enjoyed. Then, I decided to try. Since then, they are my go-to place for unique, tasty treats. They also have been amazingly responsive to get cookies there "right on time" for occasions. Great mail order service-- tasty and rewarding !
We absolutely loved the bourbon caramel pecan and the carrot cake. Definitely sharing some of these as Christmas gifts!

Love these cookies! Stopped by their booth at Findlay market this weekend and was pulled in by the delicious looking cookies, yummy flavor combos and a really nice sales person. Dug in when we got home and they are fantastic. Give them a try! Would be awesome as a care package item.
I’ve tried the sea salt chocolate chunk, the lemon, bourbon caramel pecan and the carrot cake. I didn’t care for the carrot cake cookie but the other three were delicious! Especially the bourbon caramel pecan! Give the cookies a try!
Microwave them for 20 seconds, serve with a glass of milk, OMG!!! I had the rainbow sprinkle celebration and the salted caramel chocolate chuck and they were both so good. There wasn't much salt to salted caramel but so so good still!!!

Tried the rainbow sprinkle. The cookie was extremely hard, and had a slight burnt taste. If you like an extremely thick hard cookie, you may like this.
The cookies are normally amazing and addictive but the last six or so that I've purchased in the past two weeks all were very hard/crumbly and not the same texture as before. They're still good but not what I was used to.
These cookies are THE BOMB. The rainbow sprinkle cookie is absolutely delicious, but that banana pudding cookie is probably my favorite treat to eat besides pie and ice cream ?. I wait all year until June or July for it to be featured! Maybe they’ll put this in Target stores year round just for me ?
