The older lady is very rude and racist! I do not recommend any black people to go here. If you look below you would see that those have mention racial slurs used. The older lady is nasty when asking for receipt, napkins, or anything extra. She was very polite to the other white people behind me. I will make sure everyone is aware of this company behavior. The younger girls are sweet tho.

Ice cream is okay, sometimes it tastes sour which is concerning!! Besides that the girls behind the counter are always great and approachable. The main problem i have is the manager. He is extremely unprofessional with the way he talks to the girls (who all look 14-17) he is extremely disrespectful to the girls sometimes. He yells and cusses at them and then proceeds to put on with front with his costumers. I have also heard him say racial slurs. NOT okay!!

Westside soft serve staple. Been going here for years now. A little stingy on the napkins, especially when it's hot, ice cream melting weather, but they'll give you more if you ask.
I just love sweets, and Suites and Eats is absolutely the best spot for them! My wife grew up enjoying their good, affordable ice cream, and now we get to continue that sweet tradition with our kids. We just love it there!
