i must admit that this location when it comes to customer service is very bleh. HOWEVER Carmella (hope i spelled it right) absolutely made my day! she was so sweet and genuine from the menu board until i pulled off. she overheard that today is my birthday and wished me a great one. she deserves a raise! absolutely perfect interaction to start off my day! thank you ❤️

Honestly if I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. I don’t even go out of my way to usually write reviews, but this location is absolutely terrible. I’ve only had bad experiences which keeps me from coming to this location all together. Every time I give it another chance I am reminded exactly why I should never go back here. The last 3 times I’ve even tried to go “the systems are down”. I honestly believe the workers are running it into the ground and just don’t want to work. They act like it is an inconvenience if you come through the drive thru. I shouldn’t feel bad for spending almost $3 on a soft taco which is ridiculous in general. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location or just get something else because honestly it’s usually about convenience but it is totally inconvenient every single time.

The manager, Robert took my order and was a friendly gentleman along with the rest of the crew and then on top of that I ordered my food got my food in the bag and it was messed up, but here’s why I give it a five stars not only was he hospitable about the mess up he admitted to it,he made up for it, and was respectful all the way through. Even when I told him I would just take the fries, he offered to remake my whole order fresh and gave it to me. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
