It's Taco Bell, I can't rate it more or less than average just because of how inconsistent they are.
I've popped in, for hot fresh correct orders in less than a minute. I've managed to have cold, stale and incorrect orders that somehow took nearly 10 minutes from the time I parked my car in the drive thru.
Other people are correct that they won't do more than one drive thru order at a time, which lets them game the monitoring system. Which won't start counting until the order is taken.
It's a roll of the dice which you'll get, the only thing that's a guarantee is that they won't have anyone at the front to take your orders.
