I love Taco Bell, I eat it a lot. When I’m in this area I go here and I’ve never had a good, accurate, or fast experience. I frequently wait 30-45 minutes for a single meal. Today was the last straw, I will now go anywhere else or drive an extra 10 miles out of my way to get a better experience

I was charged for some random order and was refunded an amount lower than what was charged. Aside from that, the cashier (receipt says Logan J) failed to give me my card back. I was there at 1:24am. I suddenly wake up to a bunch of charges from Tik Tok, which I don’t even have, and Google Play at 4am. Why work to still be a thief? It’s starting to seem like these restaurants are only hiring thieves and addicts. Maybe why most are closing.

Haven’t eaten inside a Taco Bell in ages, so don’t know if they are all like this now but no one will take your order at the counter, you MUST order at a kiosk. Okay fine, except it is the worst, least sensitive touchscreen I have ever encountered in my life. Ordering was so painful via this kiosk. Additionally - no option for a PRINTED receipt? Jesus Christ is this how life in 2025 is going to be? 🤦🏽♀️
