Mostly well prepared food but I've rarely gotten all the items right in the order. Make sure to complain in the app (and use the app in general I guess) and it tends to give you a refund of some kind. This isn't atypical of taco bell so it is what it is. It is fast at the end of the day.

I ordered late at night, around 12:30am, I stayed in the drive thru waiting for 8 mins, and it seemed no one was there. So I parked my car, then tried to see if their lobby was open or if anyone was in the lobby. I knocked on the lobby door until I saw someone, they cussed me out saying I can’t do that and that they won’t serve me but what else was I supposed to do?

If anyone ever asks me what the best fast food place is, I'm definitely saying Taco Bell! Seriously, they never miss, but what really makes them stand out are their seasonal meals. I literally count down the days waiting for them to drop! And don't even get me started on the fries with that cheesy dipping sauce... WHY are they only available once a year?! It's a crime, honestly. They're SO crispy, perfectly seasoned, and that cheese sauce? Magic. Pure magic. If you're reading this review-go get them NOW while they're still around! You'll thank me later

Every single time I have gone to this location, something or multiple things are missing. Terrible service, might as well have robots take your order. At least it would be correct.

My order is correct 9 times out of 10. People are usually nice, I never have to wait too long in the drive thru.
Tried doordashing and I was ignored for 10-15 mins even after saying a quick “hello” and making eye contact with an employee. Finally told I needed to head through drive through where I sat there for 3-4 minutes in complete silence, once again I spoke up and no one bothered to help me with a simple DoorDash order. ANOTHER fellow DoorDasher appeared and had her orders given to her after I had left and went to the drive through. I saw two customers prior to me get noticed but when it was my turn, suddenly no one was there like a phantom. Not even static. Now imagine what they’d do if you were an actual customer and you were so obviously rejected like this? Didn’t feel welcomed at all in this establishment and won’t be returning at all even if I were to get orders there

My experience at this Taco Bell is that it's a complete gamble whether or not you will actually get the food you order. Here are the odds I've experienced: 50% chance to actually receive all the food you ordered (of which half of the time will be cold). 25% chance you'll be missing 1-2 items from your order. 25% chance they make your order completey wrong or give you the incorrect food.
Then when you go back to have them remake your order, there's a high probability that they still mess it up. So good luck to anyone who is still ordering food from here.

TB is literally the only fast food I eat as a vegetarian, and this location messes up my food at least 50% of the time. I am never the “call and complain” type, and I usually just sigh and move on with my life when one of my items is made incorrectly. Tonight I circled back to ask them to remake my order (wrong food full of beef, plus missing items). Not only did it take nearly ten minutes, the staff was yelling and swearing right behind the window the whole time. The cherry on top is when I got home and the new food ALSO had beef in it ❤️ Oh, and nobody apologized a single time. Some of the staff here are LOVELY but tonight’s crew left such a bad taste in my mouth (literally - I unknowingly ate beef!!!!!) and I will not be coming back due to their poor customer service and general courtesy
