It's TACO bell - not much to say except at this location, they take full advantage of the new ohio Marijuana law as you'll get a lovely contact high when they open the window, then miss a few things you ordered, and when you go in to complain and get what they missed.
At least they're happy, right? And maybe a little hungry too, I'm guessing - good thing they work at a food establishment! No photos required here, you know what Taco bell looks like.

As a cashier, here’s my top tips on how to have a smooth experience no matter the shift:
1. Do not try to do multiple orders per car. It’s not personal or bc we’re “lazy.” Cashiers have DT times to worry about & if we let you do 2+ orders in a car, that means you’ll be sitting in our line for at least 10 min. For context, our goal is to get you in and out the line in 3 MIN OR LESS whenever possible. So when you take 2 min alone just to order a combo and a cinnamon twist—yes, we are gonna be slightly irritated.
2. Read the screen as you say your order. There’s no need to wait for us to ask “anything else” after every item bc you keep pausing. Trust me, we will let you know if you need to slow down or repeat anything.
3. Don’t get irritated if we don’t hear you the first time you say your order. Our headsets aren’t built like AirPods. The quality is subpar, on top of other kitchen noises. We can either have you repeat it a few times or risk getting your order wrong—which would you prefer?
4. PLZ be adults when using DT services. Some of us are more “childish” than others, but none of us are children. You are dealing with adults—so carry yourselves like it.
5. Place mobile orders if you plan to stop by anytime after 1:45/1:50. It really depends on how “trashed” the place is but sometimes, we need extra time to focus on cleaning and resetting for the next day. We won’t turn away mobile orders, even if it’s 1:58. But we may turn away anyone attempting to place orders at the window that late. Just be considerate bro.
I could go on, but I’ve said enough 🤣 I hope all who reads this has a good day and an even better TB experience 💞🌮

This wasn’t just bad service, this was an absolute nightmare. I went in for a simple meal and walked out with the police being called because the so-called “lead” staff didn’t want to handle their own mistake. My order was wrong, and when I asked for a refund, this flat-out refused and told me come in the morning when I paid in cash. Instead of fixing their mess, they got defensive, rude, and escalated the situation so much that I had to call the cops over fast food. Seriously? Apparently, this is considered a civil matter and I ended with no food and no refund.
The “lead” was hostile, and completely unprofessional. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect at a business in my life. If corporate cares even a little about their reputation, this location needs a full reset—starting with firing that pathetic excuse of a person.
One of the worst Taco Bell’s in the area. Make sure to check your bag 3 times before pulling out because it’s sure bet something is missing. & if you think you can call to get it fixed, good luck. They never answer. Avoid at all costs.

I will not be returning. After spending $30+ on food they left off my quesadilla. And this is not the first time. Tried to call no answer. Do not go here
I wish this place was better. Closest one to where we live. Out a handful of times it’s been good once. But the last time, everything was cold and had no meat in my cantina chicken quesadilla and for the first time at any Taco Bell NO SAUCES! They’re known for giving you way more than enough sauces. Sad :( way below Taco Bell standards.

I went to taco bell this afternoon and ordered 2 chicken cantina tacos. I opened the taco and it was like someone balled the taco up and sprinkled into the wrapper. I dont typically complain but this was crazy to me to have a hard taco crumbled and when I asked about it they told me thats how they come... I took it to the manager and he proceeded to tell me that thats how they are made and he has been doing it for last 5 years. I suggest from all the poor reviews I read after the fact... that someone needs to look into this man because he seems to be the problem. I will say he did give me a refund for the food.

On the right is what I ordered on the left is what I got. When I said something he seemed irritated talking about how he’s been a cook here for 5 years. They didn’t offer to remake it or nothing and kept saying this is the way it’s supposed to be made. mind you i’ve ate at a 100 different taco bell’s and it’s never been like that.

Went through the drive-thru. This location is good with the food but they do tend to rush you at the window. They forgot my drinks for the order so I had to ask for them which was a bit odd, but the food was hot & everything was accurate. They gave us plenty of sauces and minus the drink situation it was a pretty typical Taco Bell run.

Cannot do simple things that other locations can, such as putting red sauce ON a burrito. Do not recommend

My husband and I flew into town at midnight and needed dinner. We opted for Taco Bell over the other midnight options available. We arrived at 1am, this location closes at 2am.
Upon arriving we were asked in a harsh tone if we were picking up. Then asked to proceed with our order. Mind you, we ordered 5 basic tacos, 2 sodas and an order of nacho frys. We then pulled up to the window and another car pulled up to the box. Through the closed window we could hear the young woman taking orders yelling and cursing about how they’re about to close and there’s so many people coming through. She even threw her headset down and said she needed to leave with a ton of exaggerated sighs, moaning and complaining that could be heard from outside.
Shoutout to the male coworker who quickly stepped in, cashed us out and gave us our food. Food service isn’t for everyone. As someone running a business in the industry, i know the frustrations that come along with the job. But my husband and i were given such a bad first impression of the area due to this visit as first timers in the city and state. Thankfully the hospitality was amazing at every other establishment we visited.

Not quite sure how you can serve raw meat from pre-packaged meat, but here we are. How is this even possible. Disgusting.

Drove away without ordering, sick of nowhere having any remotely healthy options. I'll be having sleep for lunch today
