The drive-thru employees are either really untrained or just downright rude. I go here 3 to 4 times a week to get freezes for my kids and I. Each time, it's a different excuse as to why I can't edit my order or even pay extra to edit it. I am always met with a rude attitude after I ask as well. Wouldn't recommend here unless you're out of options.

This location is no good. The customer service is terrible. The little girl act like she couldn’t hear its wild in there . Go to any other restaurant but this location they need to hang it up. She slammed my change on the counter even with me putting my cash in her hand at this point I asked for a refund and somehow I didn’t get a refund. She played oblivious. Me being an adult I just left steer clear shorty act suspect

Missed a beef chalupa supreme, added two cheesy beef burritos in its place?? That aren't on my order?? Guacs and nacho cheese were 1/4-1/2 full?? That's some real weird stuff to mess up.

Guy in the window was pleasant, but every single food item we purchased (2 Crunchwraps, cinnamon twists, and 2 beefy 5-layers) were either burnt or stale. The cinnamon twists tasted downright rancid. Is management is trying to cut costs by not throwing out expired food? I love Taco Bell, but avoid this location.

Bruh I placed my order and I’ve been waiting for 30 mins and still no food. Literally no one else in here and barely any cars in drive through. Rude workers too like tf. They also don’t even replace their gloves like I just saw a girl literally be on her phone and go make food.

Service fast just hired the wrongs males owner need to come and check to make sure workers are not walking around with open wounds. Also people sleeping in lobby 4pm 6/28/24.

I found hair in one of my chalupa’s looking at reviews I don’t leaving reviews will help.

Cantina Chicken ... big advertising. My bowl had 3 -half inch cubes of chicken for 8.19. At first I thought there was NO CHICKEN. THAT WOULD BE BETTER since it is obvious the preparer knew it was required. If this location is low on ingredients, the customer should be told.

The staff was applauding a co worker who showed up for his shift. I joined in with the applause for the fun of it.
Nice to see employees happy, but perhaps my order suffered.

Literally every single time I say no tomatoes. Obviously for some reason in there mind that means add the most tomatoes. Hadn't been back in a few months because they always do the same shi* won't be going back to this location.

I placed my order for a pick-up from this location (9270 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236) using the Taco Bell App. Upon learning from the App that the "order was ready for pick-up", I went to the store within 10 min. I was told that the "order was picked-up". I wasted my time in ordering, for pick-up, and for a refund over the phone. If you can avoid this location, please do.
