Every pop at the pop machine was gross tasted like carbonate nasty. No real menu to order off it was all off a touch screen pad you do yourself . It takes twice as long to order. No body wanted to address a customer at the counter. It's like since everyone has to order off the screen on there own. The employee's don't what or have to deal with people. It's a dam shame what's going on in restaurants now.

Came to this location to pick up a mobile order. Literally watched 7 cars go through the drive-through, two DoorDash come in and get their orders. A couple minutes later the lady running in the kitchen asked me if I need help for the second time, and again, I reminded her I’m there for a mobile order. STILL proceeds to mess up MORE THAN half of my order.

Cleanest, most well kept location I’ve been to in a long time. Our food was made correct in a timely manor and all the employees were very nice! They are all definitely CHAMPS!

I door dashed there and arrived at 6:01. Food was supposed to be ready at 6:03. She was just starting to make it. Orders behind. Another lady was with her family waiting 20 minutes for her order.
They gave my door dash order away to drive through. Made excuses about new employee and new General Manager. While behind the two heavy ladies found time to each other. No sense of urgency for food.
Told them I was gonna cancel at 6:21 if food wasn't ready. It was ready. In fact, she didn't say anything because she thought I ordered food instead of asking. Told her I would be back and they better be together. She said I don't need you to come back.
In an era where everything has gone up, restaurants are closing monthly. Chains are replaced by local and fresher options. These two women should be fired. The new guy, I give a pass for being trained by them. Corporate should come down. Close this store and get proper staff and training or just shut down if they can only get employees and managers like these.

The food was good, but I don't like that the size of the drinks has changed! I'm paying the same price for smaller cups. Additionally, the seating arrangement could use an update; it feels a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around when other people are nearby.

Not at this particular taco bell but the 1 located in bondhill jip Me out of $20 by using the order pad, then wait for order only to be told they were out of it. I asked for My money back but was told they couldn't do it, I ramped and raved but nothing, so I called customer service only to be lied to and misled. I pled My case and was told that there will be coupons mailed to Me, after allowing the said amount of days to pass plus an extra week, I received not 1 coupon. I called back 2 or 3 other times being told the same thing, but nothing ever came. In 1 of the conversation I was told that the case was closed. I said how, I was never compensated, she said im going to have your coupons sent, no worries, I said ok thank you. IT NEVER CAME. Is that theft or what? Robbery in neighborhoods where money is already limited.

This taco bell really sucks. They don't tell you your food is ready. They just sit it on counter. The kios sucks and the food served is horrible. It's needs to be shut down.

This location just needs shut down. I don’t even know why I gave them another chance. But anyway the dream freezes are really good and that’s all I wanted but of course their machine just got turned on and they had been open. Isn’t that the first thing you should do when opening the store????? When we first got there we sat at the window for 10 minutes nobody said anything so I ordered online. Pulled up to the window and saw an employee sneeze all over her gloves and then didn’t even take them off. The food we got didn’t get ate because that just ruined our appetite but was burnt anyway. Then of course didn’t get the dream freezes so basically paid for something that we didn’t get and didn’t even eat because of course they can’t give a refund since I ordered online. Will never go to this location again, I’ll drive all the way to Fairfield when I want a dream freeze.

I went to this location for the first time and they didn't even let me finish ordering and Brenda, thats the Cashiers name, had an attitude when I told her I wasn't finished ordering. I do not recommend it

This place is the most disgusting overrated Taco Bell around here nothing on the hard shell tacos nothing in the chicken quesadilla drinks was below full level customer service is trash they don't answer the phone when they do wrong and they get smart with you every time you talk to him need to reevaluate the whole staff be honest they need to close it down
