I went to Taco Bell today and when I say rude, no customer service. What's crazy about it we was the only customers and they mad cuz they got to do they job . Negative energy like they need new employees ppl thats happy to be at work.Parking: Parking is cool the people that work there are rude!!!

Absolute best in the morning, and I don't rant for fast food much. The lady in the window was very personal without overdoing it. Tight ran ship when it comes to business, since even the food was assembled correctly.

My food is never fresh or prepared right. This is a consistent problem. I only come here when I don't want to leave my neighborhood. And regret it every time. I will always prefer to go out of my neighborhood to get taco bell. That is a problem. The chalupa shells taste like they are fried in old grease the tacos have barely anything (meat lettuce cheese) in them. Usually they give you have a lettuce taco..... but not even this time. I had more shell than anything else. The fries were surely at least 1 hour old or more. They were dry and tough. Like I said its always terrible and I have reached my breaking point with this taco bell. I like to support business in my neighborhood but this I can no longer keep wasting my money on.

Girl on the drive whispers even when at the window. Had to say hi at the speaker to barely hear her. She blamed the headset for her whispering and my “loud truck” for her whispering. She started cussing me out when I suggested h that she raise her volume. Food was disgusting and lacked meat and mostly had only vegetables. Very disappointing. Management must not care.

Went here to eat with my teammates after practice and the female worker was extremely racist to me and my white friends and refused to give my friend his mobile order made him order again and took 30 minutes to simply give me a cup not to mention she didn’t give my other friend his meal and then accused us of stealing but if anyone of color came in they were getting 5 ⭐️ service simply unacceptable

TLDR: we got scammed by a taco bell and DO NOT DINE HERE I placed a mobile order at 5:30 and set the pickup time for 9:15 so I could eat it after practice with some of my teammates then I got a notification saying that it was ready at 6:10 so I called the store and they said they understood and when I came in at 9:15 the would just make it fresh for me so I come in at 9:15 and all I get a female employee who said I ain't making anyone's food and wouldn't even fully listen to me so now I just order in store dispite being down 13 bucks already from not receiving my mobile order then the food itself takes 20 plus minutes to cook but at least it tasted good then one of my teammates never even received his food after paying and the same female employee accused us of stealing and that she already gave him his food like what well he also (obviously) never got his drink cup THAT HE PAID FOR and grabs a cup for his drink then the lady kicks us out and said he stole his drink BUT AGAIN HE PAID FOR IT immediately 2 other people walk in chat it up with her and she seems to give them free drinks absolutely ridiculous customer service and will be calling corporate about a refund for my mobile order that I NEVER received

Pulled thru the drive thru and I typically do eat at Taco Bell but my son insisted on having this since we were late coming from practice. Staff did not greet me and I was sitting and waiting. When asked if they were ready for order; staff member was very rude saying “ I’m waiting on you “ I explained that I did not get greeted and wasn’t aware. She still did not say hello or great us. I drove off and staff was in the drive thru window dancing. It looked like a boy dressed like a girl. I will never return to this location. I can’t stand when people play around food and who don’t value a customer.
