Let's face it first its taco bell the food is below ok at best but for months now every time u go here at night the line is ridiculous amd they have u pull around and wait forever they need more employees or better management I dont know but this place sucks for fast food

Stood at the front counter for over 10 minutes with no one coming up. Multiple came to the counter for various reasons and not one of them even tried to help me. I just wanted to pick up my order

I don’t know if it’s new management or just a different vibe, but the Eastgate Taco Bell has been killing it! My big family makes Taco Bell our cheat night, and every time the whole order is correct, fresh, and fast. The staff is kind and always asks if we need anything else—service honestly feels like 10 stars. The new street tacos are 🔥 (one of my absolute favorites) and I’m still hoping the chicken shell taco comes back! Keep up the amazing work—we appreciate you. Eastgate has become our go-to, saving us the drive to Milford!

6 employees leaning around talking and made us place order on kiosk. So they could talk some more. 90 cents for a thimble of sour cream

Ordered in the drive thru at 10:20 and was told to pull around and find a parking spot and they would bring food out. We pull around to full parking lot and was able to take the last parking spot. It’s now 10:40 and we still don’t our food.

Used the kiosk inside for first time. Entered order. Kept watching other people get food. Finally went up to counter to check on order and found out that since we were using cash we should have come to counter to pay so order would be processed. Suggestion put a message on kiosk that if you use cash to come to counter for processing. Multiple employees kept looking at me before coming to counter to see what I needed.
People standing around but still had to use the kiosk to place an order not recommended if you are like me and would rather have a person to take my order

My two taco supremes had skimpy ingredients and missing sour cream.
The line manager not only added my sour cream, she also brought all my ingredients to adequate levels. Shame on the kid who originally prepared them.

I'm from Louisville Ky. I just moved out here and after living here for about 4 weeks. I have noticed that people in Cincinnati just give bad reviews for fun. Ive been to this location about 3-4 times now. This taco bell is one of the best locations I have ever been to. My burritos are always filled properly. When I ask for burritos to be grilled I want it grilled. Not warmed up. GRILLED. I want brown coloration on that tortilla. So far the staff at this location has understood that brief unlike most Tacobells I've ever been to. Which is why I give this location an A++.
