Spent 45 minutes waiting in the drive thru to say I had a mobile order. Was told it would be a wait to get my food. Get my food and my bowl is barely half full with ingredients missing, quesadilla is just slightly warm unmelted cheese and chicken put in a tortilla without being cut, sauces and extra sour cream was missing and the crunch wrap was made incorrectly. I dont even mind the wait, but at least make the food right.

The last 3 times we tried to order from this location, 1st our order was wrong, 2nd our pick up order was delayed by 30 minutes and the next day, we sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and it never moved.

This place sucks I wish I could give them zero stars every time I have been there or orded door dash it takes forever. I waited for almost an hour tonight after I orded my food to get it. And when I got to the store to pick up because it said it was ready I waited a half an hour for my food. They ended up buring my crunch wrap and the beefy 5 layer didn't taste that good I believe cuz it's kind of cold. Only good thing was the drinks witch is really sad because there drinks.

The order said it was ready, and I stood there for almost an hour for them to make my order. It seems like they need to rehire and retrain the whole store because this isn't the first time this has happened. Doordash, drive-thru, and dine-in are all ways slow.

I find the ordering system on the computer inside the restaurant not personal at all. Always enjoyed a kind face.
Burrito supreme had hardly anything in it. It was mostly tortilla. Also over priced. I ordered nachos bellgrande with extra nacho cheese and it still came with very little cheese. Also added guacamole and there wasn’t hardly any.

They lock the doors at night forcing you to wait in line to get your pick up deliveries, this creates a massive line around the building which gives the people who locked the door, who believe locking the door gives them less work to do because customers can't enter, more work. If they put a sign up that said only Doordash or Uber drivers allowed in the lobby it would actually save them a lot of time. It's common sense. Anyway, all of these people should be fired. If they don't want to work they shouldn't be working.

Don't waste your time. Second time this week and the wait is 45 mins with no one else in line. Employees not doing anything and rude when you pull up to order. Just leave, go somewhere else
