1/29/26 - changing my rating to 1 star. Drive thru missed part of my order again. Night crew needs training. Tried calling and of course no one answers. Avoid this place and go to Eastgate.

Consistently slow service. 25min drive thru on this visit.

Would of gave zero stars if I could have. Came through drive thru and the tacos we had ordered they provided us broken in half tacos not wrapped completely so all the toppings fell into the bottom of the bag. I knew they had a rush so I figured id go back through drive thru and just have them remake it. I paid again for them. Again I received two tacos not wrapped correctly all the toppings at the bottom of the bag. I also ordered a 5 layer burrito and it looked like it was smashed on floor before given to me. There was toppings inside that normally comes on the burrito. This is ridiculous at this point. Tried to call. No one answers. So we walked away not being able to eat any of the food after wasting our money. I wish I could post the pictures of my food. My dog wouldn't even eat it. I have managed a business myself and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. Also your employees on the speaker at the drive thru clearly letting your customers know they hate their job. All I heard was them complaining when I was ordering. Management really needs to step in. This is embarrassing if you manage this location.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They forgot more than half of our order and didn’t give me a receipt so I wasn’t able to even get the food that they forgot. When I called the restaurant to tell them, the manager hung up the phone on me. Would drive an hour + to get Taco Bell somewhere else.

Really surprised this ain't 4 plus stars food. Is always hot service is mostly awesome and the diner in is always 👌 nice and clean if your craving a good Taco its a must stop !! Taco Tim reporting!

I would especially like to recognize the girl with the Tesla that works here haven’t seen her recently. But for her outstanding service. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was excellent. Their positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. An employee like them makes customers want to come back, and they are a real asset to the restaurant. PSA YOU SEE THAT BLACK TESLA OUT FRONT DEFINITELY STOP BY YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED .

Order is generally wrong staff is somewhat friendly says open for breakfast and the lights will be on but they aren't serving anyone nobody cares if this store does well or not if any store needs closed its this one it's dirty and you will absolutely not get what you ordered also I have found needles in the bathroom stalls before high drug area right down the street 10 out of 10 do not recommend this location

Would give -10,000 stars if I could. This location is absolutely awful. Taco Bell in general has always had god awful customer service. They are the most inconsistent fast food chain. I’m not sure if it’s laziness or who management is hiring. Avoid it like the plague. If you order from here, I feel bad for you, genuinely.

Everytime I go there after 10 pm the last 3 times I have been turned away because they were only doing door dash orders. I'm tired when I get off work and taco bell is open late for a reason so I go there. How the hell they going to turn down orders and do door dash instead a full 3 hours before they close?

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I placed a delivery order through the mobile app. Waited over 30 minutes after expected delivery time, that’s fine, I expected a wait. However, the receipt on the bag says we should’ve had 11 food items, one large drink, one medium drink. I received 3 food items and two medium drinks. I tried to call three times, no one answered. I placed a complaint through the app, I received an email saying I have $10 off my next order through them. Not a single person reached out, no refund, and $10 in credit surely doesn’t cover the missing items. Horrible customer service.
