Had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell today. First we tried to order on the kiosk and many of the items we wanted to order didn’t show up on it. We had to ask a worker if we could order those things that we wanted but it took forever to get their attention since they never pay attention to anyone. Finally someone helped us and we got our food. We were missing a sauce that we ordered and paid for so we went up to the counter to ask for it. All the workers did was stare at us and not pay any attention. Finally my cousin said excuse me and still all they did was look at him. He said it twice and nothing. Finally we got the sauce after like 10 minutes of waiting. Then we had to get a carryout for family at home. While waiting for it another customer with her family was also waiting a very long time. She asked them how long it would be and some of the guys behind the counter cussed at her and called her a name. Took about 30 minutes to get our order just to get home and see how horrible and tiny the grilled cheese burritos and tacos were. I used to go to this location all the time but never again. Don’t recommend.

Ordered through the app for pickup inside. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting without anyone acknowledging me. The food was sitting on the counter in the back instead of in the pick up area where I could have just taken it. If youre going to be in customer service, dont ignore your customers!

This is genuinely the most pathetic location ever. Absolutely every employee is pretty much incompetent, and whoever is managing this store should have been fired MONTHS ago. I’ve literally never had a positive experience getting food here. Constantly waiting, food coming out wrong, it’s honestly the most embarrassing team I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. How hard could it possibly be?

So we came through this morning as we do many mornings around 9-10 am and the young light skinned boy I believe he said his name was Darian or Darren he said proceeded to tell us they don't offer lunch until 11 am when they stop selling breakfast..which is not true as we said we come daily and get lunch items well before 11 am ... These are the kind of employees you need to part ways with if they don't want to do their job I WAS a faithfull everyday customer but after this I WILL NOT BE BACK... I already pass Amelia taco bell just to come to this one as I thought it was the better location guess I was wrong this is unaceptable
