Never again. I work odd hours and don't get off until late so I order food timed to arrive a little after I do. Every time my order gets routed to this place, they wait it out so I can cancel without a fee. That means over 90 minutes and they're one of the few places open when I get off work. This spot either need to fire the entire shift or close.

night crew has some of the rudest employees I've ever encountered (I've seen it myself at the drive-thru, I decide to go else where after watching them yell at a old man.). Every time I order from Grubhub and it picks this location, I just know my food is going to be cold and messed up.

It's also kinda expensive at this one for whatever reason.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to I walked in there for a doordash to pick up for a customer they turn around and said that they didn't have the order but they refuse to make it is it because I'm white I can't help my skin color but there's all discriminatory in that company friend I feel like I've been racially profiled and discriminated! But it gets worse the manager with long dreads and beard was in the back and he called the cops on me for no reason the cops came in like they were going to arrest me looking aggressive yes Cincinnati Police yelling at me asking me if I was the one that called the cops I said no he said well somebody's in the back and they're the ones that called the cops and the managers office and I said I had nothing to do with this but he was pointing at me and then lied to the police about it the police got pissed off and stormed out the door

This taco bell is extremely discriminatory. I was standing there waiting for my doordash order for 45 minutes. She served everyone in line and I was the only one left in the store. More people walked in. She asked the person next to me for their order and told their team to make it next. Mind you I was standing in front patiently waiting for my order and still did not receive any response. I then asked for my order to be made next, and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. She then asks for my order again and continues to serve other people waiting in line. 15 minutes later I am still waiting for my order to be made after telling her the name multiple times and expressing I need my order. This is insane and I hope this whole team gets fired. While this is happening two people are working the line and everyone else is sitting in the back on their phone. Crazy work. Get help.
Not a fan of the order taking AI. It got it wrong, but a human inside corrected the issue. Sadly, the food was not good. I won't be back any time soon. Soggy tacos and a bland quesadilla.

Extra slow service ever since around 2022 for some reason. They used to be quick and efficient. Now if You go thru drive thru you'll be waiting along time. Food is mostly ok, but if you order something special made it's more than likely gonna be wrong. Staff is cool, and kind. Service sucks tho.

The absolute worst taco bell probably in all of the United States. Not once have I ordered from there and it has not taken over an hour and a half to come, or it never comes. If i go in person at least one thing is wrong or missing. The employees are the most rude, lazy, degenerates you could come across.
