Really not sure why this place has so many 1-star reviews. We went and picked up takeout in person; our food was ready promptly, the dining area was clean, and nothing noteworthy was missing. This place is everything one should reasonably expect from a neighborhood Taco Bell.

probably the worst taco bell in existence. nothing has changed since 2016 and i doubt anything ever will. i really don’t think it could get worse, especially after the incompetent manager in 2018 tried arguing with me saying that guacamole doesn’t have avocado in it (how she was employed at a taco bell, i will never know), but tonight truly takes the cake. i pull up to the drive thru after placing a mobile order, seeing multiple employees inside and one outside, and wait for about 6 minutes at the speaker, saying hello multiple times + having multiple cars behind me, and i get no response. i pull up to the window thinking maybe the speaker is down, wait for another 5 minutes, and still no one comes. one employee was still outside vaping and three were inside eating food completely ignoring the six total cars that had come through and left. ended up driving to one 10 minutes away because no one ended up helping any of the cars. (my car is the 10:43 red one)

I honestly don't see how this place is still open?! Ordered doordash and it took 1 hr and 10 min to get my food, is it because this place has no leadership? I definitely will not be ordering from this place... go somewhere else and save your time dealing with taco bell!!!!

I agree with Timothy B. I probably should have read the reviews before ordering at this location.
I don’t know what happened at this Taco Bell, but my Crunchwrap Supreme looked like it had survived a famine. The picture on the menu shows this golden, perfectly folded wrap bursting with fillings 》lettuce, beef, cheese, sour cream, all layered together. What I got looked like someone had already eaten half of it and decided to wrap up the remains.

There was barely anything inside《 just a sad smear of beef and a ghost of cheese hiding in the corner. Every bite felt like I was chewing on an empty tortilla, wondering where the flavor had gone. If I wanted a tortilla air sandwich, I’d make one at home for free.

This wasn’t just disappointing; it was disturbing. How can you advertise something so hearty and hand me something so hollow? It honestly made me lose my appetite.

I'm convinced that this Taco bell intentionally makes your order as poorly as possible. There is no other explanation for how the food can be just lettuce and tortillas. My burrito was literally the size of a cigarette pack, and my crunch wrap supreme was flat as flat and thin as possible.

I threw the food in the trash, the chicken was dry and some pieces were cold,basically I received a lettuce and cheese chuppla.
The service is always slow with no customers. The service was long with no customer.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! When you look up the definition of terrible this places pops up! I order serveal quesadillas, and when we opened them the cheese wasn't cooked, horribly cut, and terrible attitudes in the drive thru.

I ordered around 1:30am purchasing 3 Doritos locos tacos, Crunchwrap, and chips and cheese. When I got my order I was missing a taco, all the sauces I requested, and barely any cheese for my chips. I was extremely disappointed considering this is Taco Bell’s job to fulfill my order when stated it’s open till 5am. Not to mention both my tacos barely had any meat or toppings. Why even work and stay open till 5am when you are just gonna do a terrible job with your orders and not even deliver what I buy. Again extremely disappointed, I will not be ordering again from this location, such a disappointment…plz do not hold expectations for this establishment, what a joke.
