I’ve been to this Taco Bell a couple times because it is the closest to where I live and almost every time it has been disappointing. My last straw was when I ordered on the mobile app at 9:30 AM (they are supposed to open at 9 AM) and when I got there I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before I finally gave up and tried to go inside. There was not a single worker in the establishment. In past experiences they’ve forgotten multiple items and given me a taco with only one ingredient. The workers here are almost always rude and sound annoyed whenever you try to order.

Figured out why this location wasn't very busy at lunch. Do it yourself ordering on a dirty germ fill touchscreen? Eww. People in kitchen on phone, trash on dining room floor. The 5 layer beef burrito was about 1/2 the usual size and pretty sure it was actually just a bean burrito. Chicken chalupa had less than 1/2 a teaspoon of chicken in it. Just disappointed over all. Maybe better on other days.

Dont even bother with this location. Employees are RUDE !! Service is TERRIBLE!! Best believe they are not double checking ANYTHING for Accuracy and you will have missing items!! Definitely the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in a restaurant!!

This TacoBell is a usual. If it's busy, the wait can be a little longer than normal but if it's not busy they always get my order made right in a few minutes. 4/5 stars only because of wait times during lunch rush.

Service was quick, this location hasn't been busy the couple times I've gone. I always forget what I order as soon as I step away from the kiosk, lol, so I'm never sure if my order is correct. But everything tasted good, just light on the steak and chicken.
