Ordered on mobile and picked up through the drive thru. When I got to the pickup window, there was a cockroach on the window sill. I submitted a report via their app to notify management and that I wanted contacted about it because I wasn't comfortable eating a meal from a place with cockroaches and never heard anything from them.

I just went through the drive through today 05-15-2025 @ 4:25pm. The service was fast friendly and I’m writing this review because the food was cooked perfect. Best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time! Great job!

Every time I come to this taco bell they always get my order wrong, Customer service? Non existent, Even to the point of downright rudeness. Last time I was there, I ordered a burrito supreme, a steak quesadilla and a drink with 2 dipping sauces. Not only did I not get my dipping sauces, I did not get my drink and when I tried to get the lady to tell her, she just walked off!! They don't call this the worst taco bell In the country for nothing.

This Taco Bell should be used as an example for other locations on how to operate. The staff is super friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there. I’ve been coming here multiple times a week for the last year or so and I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than a few minutes for my food. Give management a raise.

I only gave it a 1 star because that was the only way I could leave my review I ordered the steak pull apart and for 5.49 it should have been the exact size as the picture it wasn't bigger than my 7 year old Grandson hand once I got it I will not be returning back to Taco bell that was the last chance considering I have had several messed up orders.

I only gave it one star cuz. I couldn't give it zero. I sat in the drive thru and ordered, there was a person who was probably the only one working there it seemed like, running around while still on the microphone, he was also talking to other customers. It was very hectic and disorganized and frustrating, and I wound up not being able to get food. I won't be back.
