I ordered 2 chicken tacos. Definitely didn't order an all lettuce taco but, it was probably better. I didn't think I had to specify. Why would you still be selling that terrible chunk chicken that no one wants? I mistakenly assumed, since the cantina is actually good, that you'd stop selling that dog food.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 min before someone finally took our order then waited at the window for another 10-15 min to pay and get our food without anyone coming to the window. Eventually we just left without our food because the only employees in the restaurant were on their phones and ignoring us. I honestly don’t even know how they stay in business if they won’t even take the money I’m trying to give them.

Cashier took my order incorrectly after I clarified for 5 minutes to order 3 items. I asked "Is this the double beef burrito?" as I left to make sure one more time and they said yes. It was a bean and rice burrito.

1 hour, $15, none of the items I actually ordered. So bad they don't even show up on the Taco Bell app

In line 5 min to take my order than told me to wait only people in store is employees kids eating for free off Taco Bell while the drive-through sets and weights been in drive-through for 10 minutes now and still have not taken our orders for people in the drive-through just sitting waiting on orders while the employees are feeding all their kids inside an there very rude current time 3:45 Saturday Need new management or new employees smoking weed and feeding kids on company time come on

Went to the drive thru around 11:30am. Waited behind 2 cars to order. Took 10 minutes for me to get to the speaker to order. Tried to order a chicken quesadilla. The lady said the grill is broken. So I left. 10 minutes wasted for no food. This place is a joke.

Like seriously. Ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito, got a messed up taco that they wrapped in an additional tortilla. I thought there was no tomato or lettuce. But guess not. Ordered a steak quesadilla, small as hell, like they used whatever they had and made it. On the highway and mad. A waste of money. Cashier was nice but food horrible. No wonder most people are cooking at home.

Food was horrible, my entire family got food poisoning from it. And to add to this mess, the owner didn’t care to fix it for us and they even towed our car from their lot. I can’t believe this!
