I asked if I could have a minute to look over the menu, as me and my son both needed to figure out what we wanted. One of the first things I ordered was a chicken sandwich. I was then confronted with a long winding explanation about how they would have to cut the fillets, hand batter them, and it would take 30 minutes. Okay, it is what it is, but I didn't want to keep ordering things off the menu and hearing more long-winded explanations about why they couldn't serve it, so I asked if there was anything else they were out of. And he started explaining to me that they're not out of the chicken, it would just take 30 minutes to prepare it. I attempted to amendment my statement to ask if there was anything else on the menu not available. He told me he wasn't going to deal with my attitude and to have a blessed day. I admit I was no longer kind after that.

I was doing a job down the street and stopped in to grab a bite. As I'm looking at the menu this woman walked in and headed for the bathroom. She was rudely informed that restrooms were for paying customers only.

The absolute worst Taco Bell experience! We were the only people in line and they couldn’t even take as much as a second to wrap my taco so it was spilled all over the other food, they put my quesadilla in a taco bag and melted the cheese to the inside so I couldn’t pull it out! Once I finally freed the food I notice they didn’t even cut the quesadilla. The two ladies working clearly prioritized talking and hanging out over customer service and getting out good food! Will not return and will be calling corporate cause whew
The absolute worst slop imaginable served to human beings. Staff at Taco Bell in Northside can't take orders or make food properly. Which is why somebody has a business in the first place, it's not an uncommon expectation to have what you ordered, the way you ordered it, but I guess you must eat what they give you, even though you paid money for it.

I ordered 2 chicken tacos. Definitely didn't order an all lettuce taco but, it was probably better. I didn't think I had to specify. Why would you still be selling that terrible chunk chicken that no one wants? I mistakenly assumed, since the cantina is actually good, that you'd stop selling that dog food.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 min before someone finally took our order then waited at the window for another 10-15 min to pay and get our food without anyone coming to the window. Eventually we just left without our food because the only employees in the restaurant were on their phones and ignoring us. I honestly don’t even know how they stay in business if they won’t even take the money I’m trying to give them.
