UPDATE: Demario and the late night team are THE definition of hospitality: I know that every time I pull up that I will receive the highest quality food, made with care and attention to my specifications, and ultimately served with a smile and a familial atmosphere. Demario and the late night crew are without a doubt my favorite team, and I look forward to seeing them during my future orders.

Shout out to Demario and the WHOLE late night crew. They are the undisputed champions of customer service. Can't rave about them enough. They made me feel like family. Love those guys.

Frequent this location because it is closest to my home. We have an issue with our order 80% of the time from missing items to items being made wrong. 100% of the time ordering ahead is pointless because we have to pull around and park. The wait is anywhere from 5-25mins from then. Tonight we place our order and get told we have to come inside. There's 2 people working. One guy on the line cooking and one person sweeping. Would've just had them refund our order but to get online orders refunded you have to call corporate and jump through hoops for a refund in 3-5 business days. This location needs stripped from the top down. It has been like this consistently for years. Bad attitudes (the cook today was reasonably nice) and terrible service.

This restaurant has excuse after excuse as to why they take almost 45 min to an hour every time you order 3 or more combos. If this location wasn’t the closest one, I wouldn’t come here at all. Please hire more people and/or fix your management. It’s 8:30 pm and they’re talking about closing early due to short staffing.

This is the worst Taco Bell by far. Went there tonight and the person never waited on us after 25 minutes in the drive thru. Only one car in the lot with their lights on but not a single worker in sight. I have to wonder what was truly going on. I’ve had many meals delivered that are wildly incorrect also. I will never get food from this location again.
