A supreme taco! It's always the same thing, they should close that place and if they order the app to pick up the food, it takes up to more than an hour to deliver it to you. Some using the phone, others sitting, without hair caps.

45 minutes in the drive through behind 3 other cars. . 10-15 minutes per car. I sat and waited for 45 minutes while the window clerk bungled LITERALLY EVERY order before my Diet Pepsi. I finally left. Complete incompetence. It's fast food, no college degree required. How do you even manage to stay open?

CAN WE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE LOCATION. Each and everytime there’s some hoops or hurdles you have to jump through just to get your food. The drive thru NEVER works and when I do come inside it takes 20 minutes to receive food WHEN IM THE ONLY PERSON THERE. Huge word of advice, avoid this location altogether. They suck.

After sitting in the parking lot for 15 mins waiting for my food All of it was wrong then call and they tell me to bring them back we can fix it tonight or save and bring em tomorrow. Sorry, I live over 20 mins away and hungry y'all messed it up and oops spend more money and come back we'll get it right this time.

I ordered $37 worth of food and the entire thing was wrong and upon entering store denied fixing or refund and upon calling manager next day because manager was not on duty was offered to measly soft tacos

The staff are always incredibly rude and seem like they don’t want you anywhere nearby at all times. There’s always very little filling in my food, mostly just tortilla. The burritos come in waves of ingredients??? I live closest to this location but there is one on N. Bend about 5 minutes away from here that actually fills the food and staff are much less disgruntled when starting an interaction. If you have a larger car coming into this location, turn into the parking lot entrance facing Colerain. The lot entrance facing the water tower is really steep and has a concrete barricade that makes the pathway very narrow. I was so excited to have moved near a Taco Bell for my late night studying needs but it was not meant to be…

Drive through window staff on colerain avenue has no customer service skills. They display negative vibes and that we the customers are bothering them. Don't smile, and don't thank you. Just all bad attitude.

Downright terrible. I do DoorDash after my main job. Come here for an order at 3:50 and nobody acknowledges anybody up front. 4 people left while I was waiting. 15 minutes go by, nobody says anything even after you try to get their attention. I’m communicating with my costumer the whole time and luckily they were understanding. After another 15 minutes so 30 total the customer just has the order canceled. Meanwhile they’re getting drive through orders out no problem and just standing there in between. Not only wasting my customers time but mine also
