Warning! Please check your food entirely before leaving the drive through. My husband just ordered food. Meat dried out. Tomato sauce on Mexican pizza is old. I would say it starts from poor management. You would think this establishment would care about the quality of the food served. You wonder if it is even worth going back if you have time. In most cases you get attitude and rudeness. Fast food restaurants need to be held accountable for poor quality of food.

yeah, I'm never going here again. Firstly, the girl taking orders through the drive thru was super rude. My boyfriend told her that we wanted the taco and burrito cravings box, and she told us that they don't have that, but when we went up to the window and asked her about it, they suddenly had it. We had to tell her that we wanted soft tacos 5 TIMES. They gave us the wrong order at first, and when we finally got our proper order (15 minutes later), we got a party pack, 5 cheesy roll ups, and a cinnamon twist. The tacos in the party pack were suspiciously wet in spots, I really hope they didn't spit in our food. The cheesy rollups had few to no amount of cheese, I even got one with NO CHEESE ON HALF and a weird purple thing inside. Literally was just eating a tortilla. I was in line for 30ish minutes for that. Absolutely ridiculous.

Do not eat this store. Their food is disgusting. Store is dirty and and they forget half of your food that you order and will not fix their mess up. This store should be shut down… not sure how they’re still open

Horrible! The new manager doesn't have a clue what he is doing. Waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. I talked to the manager and he said they were short staffed, of the 5 people working only 2 were making food.

We were very frustrated that the staff never wants to take our order. They want you to use the kiosk. Both kiosks were having issues and there was a long struggle to even get our food ordered. Next, we were VERY disappointed to learn that this location has stopped serving Dr. Pepper. This has been our family's go-to drink and this will certainly make a difference in our choosing this location. Third and most important - about an hour after lunch, both myself and my lunch partner started having severe intestinal issues. This caused us to miss most of the afternoon meetings at work and was painful. Both of us also reported burping the taste of stale tortillas. We had both ordered a Mexican Pizza. This is the third or fourth time this past year that I have had stale tortillas from this location on my pizzas and/or crunchy tacos. I will find it very hard to return after today. I am so sad.

I get seen when people as a door dasher ask for customers food and we get the food tossed to us and can’t even hand the door dasher the food the dude last night tossed me the food across the counter me as door dasher I would never come back there again I thought it changed after new manager took over but nvm same experience from last year

Horrible. If you are trying to dine in, forget it. Waited 5 minutes before someone came to the counter. No greeting other than to say “Use the kiosk.” Kiosk wouldn’t work right, but there was no one to help and the guy disappeared into the back and never came out again. Left and went to Arby’s where we were promptly greeted by a smiling and helpful employee. Won’t be going back to Taco Bell. Amazing their employees don’t care and are so rude.
