Only recieved 2/3 of my quesadilla. When calling to explain the manager laughed and said ya right then hung up the phone! Worst taco bell in the history of taco bells. I will definitely never come back nor recommend anyone. Am actually calling corporate after this review to report the manager. Have fun laughing now.

Staff is very rude when told an order was incorrect. Was told “well it’s already made this way” when asked for it to be corrected and then had to pull to the front and wait an extra 15 minutes, which the order was that that big to be taking that long. Not sure why everyone has the worst attitude here.

I try to be so nice to ppl working in fast food and I'm sick of the way this young generation is and not only that. They're is so much hatred towards ppl for no reason. My taco shells were stale. My chips were, it's broken up in tiny pieces, and the food was cold. That was the last time I'll ever come back.

This is probably going to sound insane but the best crunchwrap supreme I have ever had in my life came from this location. I opened up my phone just now after eating it to leave this review because it was just that good. Whoever you guys had working in the kitchen on 12/23/2024 around 4:30pm should teach every other Taco Bell employee ever how to make crunchwraps. It was the perfect meat/cheese/veggie ratio with the exact right amount of sour cream.

Went through the drive through, order three of the same item and they told us “hang on hang on” and made us restart 3 times. Worker sounded drunk, got to the window and was asked what we ordered. Got home and the food was not even close to the right thing.

🤬 This is the worst location! I went through the drive thru, they took my order and this lady asks me to pull out front that she will bring my food out. We was waiting in our car for OVER 15 MINUTES! I walked in and as soon as she seen me she asked if there was a problem. I told her yes, I been waiting for over 15 mins. All she said was "I don't know what happened". She asked what my order was, I told her and she saw it on the board. I purposely watched the time to see how long it will take to make my order - no lie, it wasn't even 2 mins. She kept saying she didn't know what happened (she had an attitude) - no apology or anything. They was NOT short staffed, it was NOT busy or anything. There was absolutely no excuse! I will be contacting headquarters about this. This was unacceptable.
