2 weeks in a row my cinnamon Twists taste like chemicals mixed and burnt oil it honestly ruins the rest of the meal . Please fix this

I used to go here during lunch with coworkers years ago and remembered it on a late night return after a concert with a friend. Could not speak more highly of the staff that was there around 1am on 8/17/2025 - so nice, very polite and helpful and the food was perfect - definitely tasted fresh and delicious! Hands-down the best late night drive thru experience I've ever had. Thank you so much for your attention to details and your quality of food and service - it did not go unnoticed!

Possibly the worst service in the Milford area. And don’t even go there late night. Unless you have 30 minutes to sit in the drive-through and wait for your food.

Only recieved 2/3 of my quesadilla. When calling to explain the manager laughed and said ya right then hung up the phone! Worst taco bell in the history of taco bells. I will definitely never come back nor recommend anyone. Am actually calling corporate after this review to report the manager. Have fun laughing now.

Staff is very rude when told an order was incorrect. Was told “well it’s already made this way” when asked for it to be corrected and then had to pull to the front and wait an extra 15 minutes, which the order was that that big to be taking that long. Not sure why everyone has the worst attitude here.

I try to be so nice to ppl working in fast food and I'm sick of the way this young generation is and not only that. They're is so much hatred towards ppl for no reason. My taco shells were stale. My chips were, it's broken up in tiny pieces, and the food was cold. That was the last time I'll ever come back.

I'm just passing through, I don't live here, but I did a mobile order that was done promptly when I got their. The food was great, in and out in less than a minute, no qualms.
I always come to this Taco Bell at night today I pulled up to their drive thru at 1am. I was greeted and told they are only doing mobile orders and wouldn’t take my order.
