I went right as the kitchen was about to close. Our bartender was really friendly and helped us with our order quickly and efficiently just in time. The place was very clean, great relaxing place to bring friends and chat or play games.I believe the wings were double fried, they were really good. If you like ranch you should try theirs!Parking: We found parking on the street, since it was the weekend parking was free.

We had a nice casual meal ahead of attending the opera at the nearby Cincinnati Music Hall. The food was great - the burgers, salads and most of all the Bavarian pretzel with the beer cheese.Atmosphere was great - the location is a deconsecrated church, TVs for viewing events and even the upper choir area is open for seating. Good views into the brewing operation, and easy to find. Local parking can be a challenge. You will need to probably park at a garage nearby and walk a short distance.Service was great - our server Johnna knew the menu and helped us make some good picks as to what to drink.

What an amazing location! This place is massive, historic, and beautifully maintained. A variety of beer selection is available along with tasteful bar food. The bartender/server was well versed in the beer selection and made great recommendations based on our preferences. If you are in OTR and enjoy beer, you have to stop here!

This place is a must stop if you are into craft beers. We stopped in with the boys for some food and brews. The food was tasty, and the service was great. We tried the Big Billy and the loaded tater tots. Inexpensive parking was available a block away.

This brewery is in an old church. It is so unique. We arrived at downtown Cincinnati around 9:30 so we visited Smale Riverfront park , Findlay market first. We had three different IPAs at Taft’s. They are all good. I loved the wings. The service is super.

Great pre game FC visit...Beautiful re-use of church....Everything was quality, just wish service could have been a touch quicker as felt "regulars" were addressed before "non-regulars"....Will be back!!!

Super excellent venue- fully renovated 1850 St Paul's Church. Venue and location is definitely the biggest attraction, and the beer is also quite good.We visited on a Thursday evening, enjoyed 3 beers, apps, and dinner. The beer was all 4/5, the loaded tots and pretzel apps were good, and the food was also good. We had the Double Smash burger, steak sandwich, and Tritip salad. Each were 4/5. The service was good.We would definitely return again and again, and it would be a favorite if we lived in the area.

Pretty good place to grab a few beers with friends, with an excellent atmosphere. The place itself is decorated in a really cool way, with an open first floor and a second floor that goes around the perimeter, so you can see the floor below. Staff are nice and fast enough, and their beer selection is quite good. I’ve been coming here after work for the past few years and I really do enjoy it. You should try the place!

Great venue with a restored church in downtown. Decent beer choices, but would like to see more lighter choices like some wheats or blondes. Had this Thru the Grapevine which was an unbelievable balance if sweet n sour. Not your average beer but really good.Food was delicious. Wings were perfectly cooked. They only have spicy wings, but we got then bare and they were still very good. Hot chicken sandwich was super good but a little messy. Side of broccoli was fresh and drizzled with some garlic butter sauce, which I liked. Will return. Service was average, but they were fairly busy. Atmosphere is the best. They've done such a nice job with the interior refurb.

This was a nice brewery in an old church. I got a flight of five beers; most of which I liked. I also tried the loaded tots, which tasted decent. The bartenders were friendly and gave us different variations on the history of the place. It was fairly busy on a Thursday night.

We entered a really neat environment but was quickly disappointed with poor and slow service. The food took an extra while to be delivered and most food arrived cold. When we asked the server for assistance with the cold items we were met with “you guys didn’t like anything” and “it is late and we are busy”. We finally got a replacement on the tater tots and they were ok, finally the fries were replaced but one of the tots could be by because they were out of beer cheese. The manager approached us with an attitude to start and said she would remake our food but we had eaten what we could and were ready to leave. She did comp the meal which we did not ask for but we took it to be done. Another waitress heckled us as we lingered a few minutes. Poor experience! Beware!!

A beautiful building, with family style seating. The food is always delicious, and the beers pretty darn good too.

We stopped by for the first time on several recommendations online. It was also near our venue. We were greeted promptly but then sat for quite some time until greeted again. It was a late lunch, and they didn't seem too busy.Being our first time, I expected a quick run down of the menu and brief description. The restaurant is in an old church. It's absolutely gorgeous. A grand hall with long, wood, cafeteria type tables.I had a wrap while my husband had a burger. I was certainly expecting more from the price. When asked how everything was, I told her just that. She said a younger crowd typically enjoys it, being a brewery.Maybe it does cater to a different crowd. I'd still think in such a lovely place they would want to compete with the wonderful food nearby.

Conveniently located near Washington Park, TQL stadium, and many other attractions. For larger parties, at least 4 people must be present to be seated. Lots of seating, wide offering of Taft’s ales, full bar, and a variety on the menu. Known for their tri-tip steak, it’s offered many ways. Cooked to perfection and was the standout of our meal.

We had the chicken wings with cherry wood bbq, tots, and a sample of 5 ales (flights). Everything was delicious and arrived in a timely manner. It was great fun eating in such a historic building! This is definitely a Cincinnati must see!
