I had recently been captured by the Polish mafia and escaped my capture. After a grueling fight with the mob bosses, I managed to crawl my way to Findlay Market and stumbled upon the Taste of Belgium on the day of Chili Fest. The workers spared me a taste, and this was the best chili I have ever had.Anyway, please put the chili on the menu.

I was so excited to get the lemon lavender crepe only to find it was undercooked. So nasty, soggy and doughy - the cashier wasn't very pleasant and when I called to complain the person was rude. I won't be back.

One of my fav places since day one of ever going to Findlay Market. I love the case full of goodies and don't even get me started on good the waffles are. Friendly people and service.

I came here because research for our Cincy food tour brought me re: the waffles and crepes. We were just in Belgium for about a week in the spring and you can feel confident that we became very qualified in the field of Belgian waffles during this time. We ordered their strawberries and crème waffle which is served on a Liege waffle. Actually, it would seem from our visit that liege waffles are the only thing they serve here. It's fortunate because they are quite good. Anyway, the liege waffle was cooked very well. It has some crisp/caramelized edges with a nice, soft, and warm interior. The waffle tasted so good I would happily eat that shit plain. The strawberries and cream were a nice touch but the cream was on the light side and collapsed pretty quickly. I unintentionally ended up with a cream sleeve by just being in the vicinity. We saw a vegetarian savory crepe and felt that would pair well with the sweet waffle. We ordered this and had high expectations. I will admit I am much less of a crepe connoisseur than a Belgian waffle connoisseur so take this with a grain of salt but the crepe was WAY overdone. It was literally hard to the point that the plastic cutlery provided didn't stand a chance to cut into this thing. It made it very hard to eat, we pretty much ended up eating stray roasted peppers and spinach rather than properly between the crepe layers. This was quite disappointing and most certainly not something to write home about nor write regarding a highlight of the city's food scene, not to be a dick. GF speculated that the person making the crepe seemed to be distracted with many other tasks due to what seemed like understaffing. Something for the owners to think about if it affects the quality of their product but what do I know? The waffle was excellent, would skip the crepes.

Waffles and eggs were so good! Deserts are amazing. Local brewery beers were smooth and tasty.

The poor folks working here have too much to do. Why is there pizza on the menu? Do they really need to offer sandwiches? Just do waffles crepes and coffee.

We waited in line for 20 minutes to order (there was only one couple ahead of us. We ordered and it was clear the cashier could not hear us because we had to repeat ourselves and yell. We waited another 25 minutes for our order only for them to give us waffles when we had ordered a crepe. We were then told we would have to wait until all the other orders were done for it to be corrected. They did remake it for us and in the end it was definitely worth it. That crepe was absolutely DELICIOUS. So if you have the time, go get one of the best crepes you’ll ever have.

I went with a friend and we each had a crepe. I had the savory and my friend had the traditional. Mine was delicious and had no shortage of warm, yummy goat cheese. We split a strawberry and cream waffle. Also wonderful! The service was as fast as it could be when you are making crepes from scratch. We ate at the little red tables at Findlay Market. It was perfect!

Today, we got to go to Findlay Market and while we were there we saw the establishment, Taste of Belgium. This place was recommended to me by one of my friends who lives near here as I’m from another state. We wanted to order sandwiches and desserts off their menu, but we were told they no longer serve sandwiches. For us, this was a bit of a let down and I would suggest updating the menu to reflect only those items that are available for purchase. We left to go buy sandwiches from another place, but returned to buy lemon cheesecakes, frosted oatmeal cookie, snickerdoodle cookie, peanut butter cookie and a buckeye. My friend also purchased other cookies ? and she made the comment that the person behind the counter acted like he didn’t want to be there. He also didn’t talk very clearly. Another patron was raving about all the desserts and said everything was good. I ate the cheesecake and it was good, however it was not very ? lemony. I’ve eaten the snickerdoodle and it is good but each of these items have been lacking the main ingredient flavour. Having said this, I would definitely return to try other items if I lived in this area. I wanted to try their waffles, but I am already on carbohydrate overload.

They heated up the breakfast quiche for me, and it was life changing! I should have bought one to go, huge slice for $6. Also got a delicious muffin and they warmed that up for me. Was super intrigued with the speciality “glazed” waffles- almost got one. They have lots of options in general I believe. For a drink we got coffee. They have numerous locations.
