This place is my absolute FAVORITE when I want chicken. I get crispy chicken wrap & fries. Tender sauce is the freakihg best!!!! Garlic toast is phantomal & I love their unsweet Tea
I don’t EVER do reviews but I’m pretty upset tonight with the quality of the food I got this evening. Left work an wanted some Tender Towne because I was starving, ordered one of the quesadillas which I’ve had before, I asked for extra sauce to be added to the quesadilla because it was a little dry the first time I ordered one over a yr ago but the chicken and cheese in it was okay, tonight the chicken was EXTREMELY overcooked dry and hard, barely any cheese whatsoever and NO SAUCE AT ALL! Very upset when I spend the money I do on food I can’t even eat.

There are bug zapper’s at this location, which is a food safety violation at the very least beware. PS did they get rid of the bug zapper yet? And everybody raves that they have the best chicken tenders? Must be the bugs.

Drive thru per recommendation from friend, I don't even like chicken tenders - I was just very hungry! These were so tender and juicy, not overdone nor over breaded. I tasted the seasoning and the chicken flavour keenly. I have not eaten French fries for YEARS...I asked myself WHY? This place is like Mecca for chicken lovers - I was very happy with taste and service was very fast too. I will recommend it to others.

Lowering the tender count on a meal and jacking the price up is diabolical I used to pick this over canes but canes it is i guess

Let me preface this by saying I have frequented the Loveland location and this is my second time at the Ohio Pike one. The drinks are no longer included in combos so it os 2 dollars more to get the same thing I just got a few months ago. I went to this location last week and the three tenders in the box were teeny tiny. I have never been served tenders so thin and small before. For 10 dollars, you basically get bread, fries, and more bread because the tenders were pretty much non-existent. Not happy to pay for that. A single fry looks bigger than some of the tenders.

The sauce cup tasted weird and was very watery. The Saratoga chips are the best thing the tenders are mediocre( in my opinion raising canes is better quality all around. Even this locations Cole slaw was poor quality. And unfortunately if you buy a meal drink is not included it costs extra.
