Drive thru per recommendation from friend, I don't even like chicken tenders - I was just very hungry! These were so tender and juicy, not overdone nor over breaded. I tasted the seasoning and the chicken flavour keenly. I have not eaten French fries for YEARS...I asked myself WHY? This place is like Mecca for chicken lovers - I was very happy with taste and service was very fast too. I will recommend it to others.

Lowering the tender count on a meal and jacking the price up is diabolical I used to pick this over canes but canes it is i guess

Let me preface this by saying I have frequented the Loveland location and this is my second time at the Ohio Pike one. The drinks are no longer included in combos so it os 2 dollars more to get the same thing I just got a few months ago. I went to this location last week and the three tenders in the box were teeny tiny. I have never been served tenders so thin and small before. For 10 dollars, you basically get bread, fries, and more bread because the tenders were pretty much non-existent. Not happy to pay for that. A single fry looks bigger than some of the tenders.

The sauce cup tasted weird and was very watery. The Saratoga chips are the best thing the tenders are mediocre( in my opinion raising canes is better quality all around. Even this locations Cole slaw was poor quality. And unfortunately if you buy a meal drink is not included it costs extra.

Service was polite and the coleslaw was good...but the chicken was just awful..it was so greasy and like 3 tenders had like tendons or something in them..I had to keep spitting it out. It wasn't chewable.

I love Tender Towne and will throw it down here any time. I do like Cane's Chicken and Guthrie's, but I prefer Tender Towne! I wish there were more around!
Not a value today for the price. Prices have gone up, drinks no longer included and are extra. Chicken tenders were smaller than before, about 3-4 inches and thin.

Really great food but they got rid of the Towne size recently and it's a real shame. It was the perfect addition to a combo meal instead of ordering a whole extra side of fries. Hope they bring it back or it'll limit my visits in the future
Love the staff and the food here. My first time trying this place. I messed up my order and had to fix it at the window. The super nice woman with red hair was more than accommodating.
