I am completely shocked! I ran through the drive through to get a meal and the girl at the window tells me the price and then says “I’m just going to hand this to you” and hands me a credit card scanner that reads TIP AMOUNT? With a suggested tip amount of $8!! I have NO problem tipping but in a drive through, no way! I think I upset the poor girl when I declined a tip too! Sadly, I do not think I will be returning because of this and we usually go 3-4 times a week! I do not feel it necessary to tip in this situation and I do not want to upset the staff…

Very slow service, staff behaves as if you're not there, no eye contact, no greeting, just very all very lacking service

The food is so good! 10x better than Cane’s flavorless chicken. Whatever that garlicky ranch dressing is..so good. I’ve had it 2x now. My absolute favorite discovery since moving to Cincinnati.

So glad they went back to the steak fries. They have the best chicken and fries around.

Gone down hill. Not the Frys advertised on the menu nor anything stating the change. Also asking for a 22% tip and a drive thru window do you no longer pay your employees or just trying to pass the savings on to us? Not a great look.

A fast food restaurant with the vibes of a pleasant eat-in. Food came to our table in less than 10 minutes (3 wraps, 5 garlic bread, tenders and 2 sides of fries) while my mom enjoyed her favorite country song. Even ordered a to go for my dad with patience and kindness from the employees.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids eat free Tuesday every week.

Food quality has always been hit or miss here...will my fries be hot or cold? Tenders fresh? Maybe. 80/30 chance cold--like today. To make matters worse they got rid of steak fries and replaced them with the same nasty fries everyone else has, (actually worse!). Tenders weren't holding the breading, sauce was watered down and garlic bread tasted like plain toast. I even asked when placing my order if the fries were fresh, to which I was told they're made fresh for every order--which I highly doubt. And to make your drive thru experience awkward, the cashier will show you a hand-held device that gives an option for a tip! **I. DON'T. TIP. IN. A. DRIVE-THRU!** Furthermore, I don't appreciate being put in that awkward position! Pay your staff a better wage without expecting your (former) customers to do it on your behalf! This is the chicken capital of the tri state, so there are other options available to customers. This is just another example of a restaurant switching things up, away from what worked, and not for the better.
