The food is absolutely amazing every time I come in, and they have one of the largest selections of tequila you’ll find anywhere. Time has gotten away from me, and I haven’t been able to make this post until now! On July 31, after the FC soccer game, my boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere open when we came across Tequila Modern Mexican. Alejandro was our server, and wow—he was beyond amazing. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile, made us feel welcome right away, and kept checking in without ever making us feel rushed.
He was attentive to every detail, made friendly small talk that felt genuine, and even anticipated what we needed before we asked. The food and drinks were absolutely incredible—honestly not what I was expecting, especially since I’m Mexican and picky if it’s not my own home-cooked food. Alejandro truly made the whole experience stand out, and I can’t recommend him or this place enough!

It's a cocktail that could easily hold its own in a high-end speakeasy, yet feels right at home here alongside the hearty enchiladas and sizzling fajitas.
Every dish we tried was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors—from the house-made guacamole to the tender carne asada. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they serve, and it shows.
